Disappointed in Virtual. I was excited for the opportunity to interview with them. The initial
interview was not with a hiring manager, which was a first for me, however she was very personable and it went well. I was then asked to do a second interview with the hiring manager, to which I accepted due to the great interaction I had initially.

The second interview with the hiring manager also went well (so I thought) granted my skillset was different than the position I was interviewing for, I was hopeful for the opportunity of a new challenge in the workplace. We left on a good note and was told I would be informed about next steps. I proceeded to send a thank you email for her time and consideration. Days passed, no response to my email nor any communication about next steps. Coming from a strong background in HR , if there were any doubts that I was not the right fit the least she could have done is RESPOND. I received absolutely zero contact after that interview. Extremely unprofessional and am glad I was not offered a position at this company. It’s 2025- Ghosting is ridiculous
