Look no further for a full-service event venue! Boston Studio Rental is THE place to host your next event. What stands out to me the most is the quality of customer service from pre to post event. Giovanni, the venue host, was receptive to my ideas and provided every solution I needed for my event. From event design down to AV, Boston Studio Rental covered it all thanks to the multitalented staff. Plus, everything was executed with kindness, respect, and ease. I've never met a venue team so invested in bringing a vision to life - I couldn't have done it without them!

I wasn't the only one who noticed the quality of support from Boston Studio Rental. My guests enjoyed having Giovanni and his staff around, too. I can’t say enough good things about this studio! As someone who regularly records both podcasts and video content, finding the right space is crucial—and this place delivers in every way. The studio is impeccably clean, spacious, and packed with high-end equipment that makes my shoots seamless. The lighting setup is perfect for any shoot, whether it’s a solo podcast or a more complex video production. They literally have it all!

Giovanni is incredibly professional and accommodating, always ensuring I have everything I need for a smooth session. Booking is straightforward, and they are very flexible with scheduling, which is a huge plus for us.

Had my baby shower at this hall, and I can say everything was perfect. Staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and everything went smoothly. Gorgeous space I definitely will be booking again in the future.

Update 10/26/2024 - STILL AMAZING!!!

There was no question where I was going to host my Halloween party this year. Once again, Giovanni and his team provided superb services! The room was spotless and even smelled fresh and clean. Everything was ready for me to decorate. There were also fun lighting and audio options that we didn’t use much for this party, but will definitely keep in mind for the future. Everyone had a great time! I’m embarrassed to admit that I got so involved with hosting my party I forgot to take a room pic! Needless to say, this is the perfect place to host any gathering. You’ll be treated professionally and a bit like family as well. We’ll be back next year!

I held my annual family friendly Halloween party here, and Giovanni and his crew were absolutely amazing hosts! From the beginning, Giovanni was responsive and professional as we talked through what I needed for the party. When my husband and I arrived for setup, the room was clean and everything was in place. Giovanni was gracious and even helped us carry in some food and rearrange a few tables. The rooms in this venue are sound proofed, so we felt comfortable having a good time without disturbing others. I highly recommend Boston Studio Rental and will definitely be booking again!

Giovanni and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and as well as pleasant.

The big room is amazing, we had the projector up while we played games from the Nintendo, music played separately (sound system is great) Giovanni helped setting up everything to do with tech.

I recently held a 40th Birthday Party at Boston Studio Rental. From the moment I requested information on the event space to the end of the party, the owner Giovanni was more than a pleasure to work with. He was beyond professional, the space has so much to offer, the additional staff were great. I'm so glad I booked here and hope to have future events held here as well!
