I had a delivery of the gold chairs and the service was awesome from beginning to end!! My delivery arrived earlier than expected, and Mark was so kind to wait for the Event Space to open to deliver. That chair is which was even more great!!! They set it up very nice and the pick up was on time as well. If I can give 100 stars I would.

We a had a kid's birthday party here yesterday. The whole process, including booking, payment and setup was smooth, painless and convenient. Monica was polite, efficient and extremely helpful on the phone and via email and text messages. The staff person helping us out with music and setup was also super nice and helpful. All the arcade games set up for us were in good condition and the bouncy house was a huge hit. When you are a busy parent, every little bit that reduces that mental load is very much appreciated and It's2Cool did just that for us.

We've had the pleasure of working with Its2Cool for two years. Their team is professional, responsive, and always attentive to our needs. The inflatable football toss and delicious popcorn were a huge hit with our office tenants at our most recent Super Bowl event! We highly recommend Its2Cool—Michael and Monica are fantastic to work with!

I just recently rented a popcorn machine and a pretzel heater for an event at work not only was the staff courteous and punctual, but the equipment came spotlessly clean definitely will be ordering more from Its 2 Cool

I was in need of two racing simulators with a specific game for our office. The staff at Its2Cool were incredibly helpful and went the extra step to outfit the simulators with the game we needed. The communication was very clear prior to our booking and I couldn't be more pleased with the delivery service. They were very careful with the set up to avoid damaging doors/floors and spent the extra time training us on how to use the simulators and game. The pickup was just as easy. I would definitely recommend Its2Cool to friends and colleagues!

I had my parents suprise anniversary . You can bring your own food witch was a plus. great place for event ,the lighting was amazing. I couldn't ask for more .

Excellent space for events. Everyone love it, all the kids have tons of fun, a lot of games to keep them entertained. The owner and the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. I really love it and I look forward to having another event held at Its2cool. Thank you.
