They are the BEST!

East West Event Services is the BEST!
I cannot say enough great things about Kevin Shanley and his crew. Deciding to hire them for our Clam Bake rehearsal dinner on the beach was one of the best decisions I made. Kevin sent professional proposals and then met me on-site months prior to discuss options for lighting up the beach and took the time to really understand my vision and style. His suggestions and ideas were so creative and really enhanced the atmosphere of our space which also set the tone for a very fun night!! He was accommodating and flexible, especially in the wake of our beach tent being cancelled 24 hours before our event due to an impending hurricane! His team worked tirelessly for hours before our event started to reset the venue without hesitation and without sacrificing my vision. We received so many compliments on how beautiful our event was and how it just lit up the beach.
The night could not have turned out better thanks to Kevin and his team!!

In 2023, The Benchmark One Company Fund (a 501-c3 nonprofit) had the pleasure of using Kevin and East West Event Services for our golf tournament fundraiser. East West Event Services were absolutely incredible in their support for a very special and challenging event in Barnstable MA, even with extremely short notice. With less than 24 hours lead-time, they quickly stepped in to assist our family in setting up audio/video feeds in an auxiliary hall for a truly large funeral. Not only did they deliver in every possible way, but they also did so with a compassionate approach that helped alleviate some of the stress, allowing us to focus on providing a truly heartfelt tribute to our beloved family member. I cannot speak highly enough of these consummate professionals and wholeheartedly recommend their services!

Wedding Planner here, I cannot begin to say enough good things about this company. We just worked a multi day wedding event that included two different bands and lighting needs. Not only did they provide an amazing light setup for our tent with bistro lights and disco balls over the dance floor, but they provided all the backline and sound for a 12 piece band who flew in and didn't have equipment and gear along with a second band that played on Sunday.

During the wedding they ran all the sound and all the lighting and I was so impressed. Kevin had incredible communication during the entire planning process and worked seamlessly with my team and the 2 bands to ensure they had everything they needed.

Would recommend them for production, lighting, and sound any day. Really hope to work with them again. 10/10!

We were so happy with East West Event Services - the company we hired to 'glam' our wedding tent backed out within a month or so of our wedding. Kevin at East West Event Services was so amazing and worked with us to create the design of lighting we dreamed of. The tent looked spectacular and we would highly recommend!

We hired East West Event Services for our winter engagement party! They brought in a great sound system for our wedding playlist, beautiful uplights, and outside accent lighting. We are getting married in September 2021 and have already begun working together to design our wedding!
