Joe St. Pierre worked with us for more than a year to make our dream vacation a reality. My wife and I recently returned from two weeks in the Mediterranean. Joe has a very professional soft sell approach when it comes to all phases of planning a luxury vacation. We spoke on the phone off and on until all the details were exactly what we wanted. He offered many suggestions and was flexible when we wanted to tweak a bit more. We finalized our 14-day trip about six months prior to launch and Joe was with us every step of the way. Three land days in Rome followed by an eleven-day Mediterranean cruise spanning Italy, Greece, and Istanbul while aboard the Celebrity cruise ship Reflection was the adventure of a lifetime. Joe helped plan the daily excursions and even found us the perfect cabin on the ship. While the cruise and sights were amazing, none of this would have gone so smoothly without Joe’s assistance. When I got engaged at the end of 2018, Joe was one of the first people I approached with the news of my impending marriage, because I wanted to book a five star honeymoon, and I suspected My Travel Empire was the company to help me do it.

Fast forward to last week; from the moment we arrived at Sandals, Barbados, we found the staff to be helpful and friendly, and the grounds to be immaculate. Our swim-up club suite was cushy and beautiful, and the resort was spectacular from the pools, to the beach, to the high end dinner options we enjoyed every night. I truly have nothing negative to say about the entire experience.

Other than this trip, I'd never used a travel planner to book any of my vacations. That having been said, I will definitely go back to Joe for my next luxury travel arrangements. I would recommend My Travel Empire to anyone who wants to get the most out of their honeymoon, anniversary, or vacation. Joe and his team truly cater to your wishes, and are clearly invested in helping you make special memories.

Joe & Monica helped plan a wonderful anniversary trip for my wife and me. They were able to steer us to the perfect resort for our relaxing vacation and answer all of our questions before we left. We travelled to Sandals South Coast with my brother and his wife. Everything about the trip was wonderful. Our transports were effortless, and our rooms were fantastic. My wife and I have been on several cruises over the past 6 years, and have always booked the trip on our own using the cruise line web site. All I have to say is WOW! Using Joe and Monica for our recent cruise made it so much easier. They have software that will automatically give you the lower price if your trip is lowered.

Their communication before and after the cruise was incredible. A call from Joe two days before we left was a great reminder to take care of last minute details, that we perhaps may have forgotten.

It did not cost us any additional money for their services, and they took care of us. My wife and I are completely satisfied; in fact, we've got two more cruises and an all inclusive resort trip planned over the next 2 years.

Our trip to sandals in Barbados was incredible. Joe helped us select a great week to travel as the weather was just what we wanted. Hot and sunny. I will be using Cruise Planners again for all my future vacations.

Using a travel agent provided us with the extra information and knowing there is someone on stand by to help if needed makes everything more enjoyable.

We did not provide Joe with much information. We wanted to try surfing and have a nonstop flight with a place that was close to the airport. From that, we got to go to one of the most amazing places I have ever been to!
