The people are very friendly but the rental truck has a leak in the roof, the cargo area dome lights dont work and the truck cabin is very dirty. Plus we found out we have to buy a lock for the back door. These are all issues that have to be addressed before we can depart on our 1500 mile journey from Mass to Florida.
