I purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco and I was very happy with the Customer Service I received throughout the sales process. Kyle the Sales Rep was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He took the time to explain the differences in the vehicles shown to us. Brandon and Steve worked with us with finalizing our purchase, which made the whole process easy and pleasant.

The service that was provided to me and my husband was amazing. The sales team was honestly so helpful and they had made so many accommodations for me since I work and had little time and I literally needed a car that day and they got me in a car that was way nicer than I would have thought I could afford.The sales team was so respectful and attentive that it made the whole process so easy quick. Brought my wife’s bronco here for extended warranty work after three local auto shops confirmed I needed a new transmission. Was sold $2,000 worth of work that didn’t solve any issues then they told me I needed a new catalytic converter for $2,500 and that the transmission was completely fine. Felt skeptical and brought it to a transmission shop who confirmed after testing the transmission, o2 sensors, and back pressure that the transmission did in fact need to be replaced. Called Townsend Ford again, voiced my frustration about the issue and specifically asked if I would have to pay a diagnostic fee again in which I was told no. After I brought the car back for them to check it again, they told me it then needed a $700 repair and that the transmission was fine. Told them to forget it and I’ll bring the vehicle elsewhere and when I arrived, surprise surprise I was met with attitude and being told I had a diagnostic fee.

Brought the vehicle to another Ford dealership who within 24 hours confirmed it needs a new transmission and that it’s completely covered under warranty.

Townsend Ford Service Advisors are the most dishonest, untrustworthy individuals I’ve ever had to deal with and I will happily be taking both my service issues and new car sales for my business and personal use to another dealership moving forward.

Just bought my 2nd vehicle from Townsend Ford!
I had a great experience the first time around, and decided then that when it was time to buy a vehicle again they would my go to.
Peter Leger was awesome to work with. Even after the sale was complete he continued to offer outstanding customer service.
Stephen assisted us with contracts and he was also great to work with.
I highly recommend Townsend Ford.

All Buyers "BEWARE " I Bought a truck from Townsend Ford, went back for a inspection sticker and witnessed one of there service employee's (Deliberately aggressively beating) on a customers vehicle and then my truck in the parking lot prior to bringing them into the service garage. I followed him into the garage and reported it to a service manager. I almost confronted the employee directly but knew not to, because I was really heated at the time! I told the service manager that the employee was not to drive my vehicle anymore. (Jared) the manager asked if they could do anything for me to make it right. I responded yes "reprimand" your employee to prevent this from happing to other customers. SUPPOSEDLY Jared said the owner was out in the garage addressing the employee as we speak, they sent the employee home for the day. The employee and was a short male with Reddish hair and beard. Townsend Ford just lost me as a customer and many others, I know a lot of people!

**(Also) make sure you record any Quotes given over the phone because when I arrived at the facility the offer for my vehicle was 1,000.00 dollars less from the manager Jared!! I told the salesman that the offer was inaccurate and I called Jared out on it and he made good on it. Good Luck if you decide to have any service on your vehicle or purchase a vehicle there!

I purchased my Lightning 2 months ago. From my first interaction over the phone, I knew that I was going to have a great experience and it was worth the 4 hour drive. Their price was unbeatable and the sales process was as smooth as can be. When I arrived, I was greeted outside by Brandon and Maliq. They, along with Steve, went out of their way to make me comfortable and provide excellent service.

Shout out to Maliq for the great conversation throughout and for following up with me a few times and making sure I felt taken care of. Probably the best salesperson I’ve worked with. There was a little snafu after I went home, but I spoke with Joe who made things more than right.

Can’t recommend this dealership and team enough. Thanks again Maliq, Brandon, Steve, Joe and the entire Townsend Ford team!

I bought a new Escape here. Everything went as smoothly as you could ask for. Service is good but slow like most dealerships. There was a minor contract glitch but it was my fault and has been completely fixed. They have a good customer relations person who can help you if there is a problem. I trust them to do the right thing which is important.
