Worst place ever... I worked here for a day at the Townsend sterilite through marathon. There are a lot of racial "clicks" most people speak Spanish so don't bother asking for help, I called out after working 1 day a new employee and due to a blizzard I was unable to get to work. They later called me back after having to call out that morning to tell me it was OK I called out a lot of others did so too but they decided to take away my bonus pay for that first week I started. So tell me its OK not in trouble but punish me anyways. No cigarette break for 12hrs you cannot leave the building on your own break that you clock out for. Breaks are 10minutes if your late by 1 minute its an issue. The place is just simply ridiculous no phones in the bathrooms no phones period. They do not care about people its a revolving door. I felt the need to write this and warn people if you value your happiness do not work here. They butter it up out of desperation to lure people because they can't honor the employees they have that work they're butts off all for nothing.. my friend worked here 2 years nearly and was let go because he didn't click with another employee regardless they fired him for no good reason.

This is the worse agency ive ever worked for im my life, an i am 42yrs of age. The management in the townsend office at sterilite is the worse of the worse, this lady is playing god, and messing with peoples lives. Very unfair work practice, punishing grown people"employess" for not working everyday of the yr, people have issues in there life but Marathon does not care about that. This is why its a revolving door. Sterilites best interest is to do away with this temp agency, all it is doing is bringing the company down. They layed me off for really no legitimate reason besides this employee of theres doesn't like me Need to change personal in the Townsend office, very robot like person ,not professional at all!! If i was you, id run from this place cause they treat people with complete disregard!! Mickey Mouse Marathon!! Its a complete joke! Ive worked my butt off for a yr an a half and this is what i get in return. Thanks so much for just throwing me to the curb when i have a family to support

Can't rotate people they hire
Have to call everdaev to see if you have work and most of the time they don't "have" any work for you
Just a complete waste of time especially if you need money cuz your about to have to move
