This place is a huge upgrade for my partner and I and we have been so excited to move in. The apartment was completely renovated by the maintenance man Julio, and since we’ve moved in he’s been incredibly helpful. He’s very responsive and fixes every issue quickly, and even helps with things he’s technically not responsible for (he helped me mount some furniture!). We have felt very welcome here and are happy to be in the new space (:

Moved in not too long ago and can confidently say that I’m very happy here. The property is beautiful and quiet, the apartment itself is great, and Julio is one of the best people I’ve ever met. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get an apartment.

I looked at an apartment here not too long ago and it was disgusting! Looks nothing like the pics online. Julio said the guy lived there for a long time. The guy was a slob and it smelled like drugs! He left behind his junk. How can anyone show this and expect to get a renter? So disgusting. Also, the grounds are mediocre. Looks dumpier in person than online.

I love Palmer Gardens! The apartment is amazing, the neighbors are SO quiet, and the staff here are truly awesome! Julio makes the experience here so much more amazing, he does everything he can to make the experience better. Highly recommend!

First of all, I must start by saying how amazing Julio is. He is so attentive and is always willing to help and you don’t see that very much. He is genuinely so kind-hearted and will do anything to make sure you’re happy with your experience and everything is going well. He’s also very easy to reach which is comforting to know if there’s something I need, I can reach out and get a quick response! The property itself is beautiful, and very quiet. We have a renovated apartment for a great price, and it’s a fairly large apartment too. My roommates and I say all the time that it feels like we’re living in a hotel suite! I also feel safe here which is very important to me. My neighbors are quiet, and everyone I have met on the property is very nice and welcoming. The parking is very close to the stairwell which is nice. No elevator kind of stinks, but there’s technically only 2 real flights of stairs you have to climb (there’s 3 levels of apartments but the bottom level is below ground floor). I also like that the area is quiet but near a lot of stuff/easy driving distance. There’s a Walmart in Ware 15 mins away. Highway access is also 15 mins. There’s 2 restaurant/bars right in front of the complex and a convenience store right across the street. There’s also 3 washers and 3 dryers on the property (pay to use). There’s a playground and gazebo you can smoke in. There’s also a dog pen outside for dogs to run around and play in (kinda like a mini dog park which I think is cool!) Everything is included in rent except electricity which is awesome! Overall, I am absolutely loving living here, and I am so grateful to be here! Thank so much Andrea and Kira for welcoming us to your property, and thank you so much Julio for making the experience even better! If you’re thinking of touring the property, I’d do it today!

The management team/ Maintenance team (Andrea & Julio) is amazing here. I always feel like they’ve got my back, and truly want me to have a good experience here. They are very responsive if I have any concerns. Also, the renovations are more than I could ask for. All new appliances and flooring! Also with rent prices so high these days, it’s nice to find something affordable where you don’t have to lower your standards on quality.

This place was a great find! Upgraded apts that are well worth it. Far enough off the beaten path, but close enough to everything you could want. The team here has been fantastic to work with. Ahuva has been so friendly, professional. polite, accommodating and an overall pleasure to work with. I also need to give a huge shoutout to Julio! This guy holds the place up, while rebuilding it. He too is nothing outgoing, friendly and professional. You can tell right away the pride he takes in his work and in where he lives. Excited to be a part of this community.

From the showing to the staff, it was an amazing experience. Julio is great and Vanessa is now my new best friend. Definitely recommend to anyone.
