Parking is easy - it's next to an free dirt municipal parking lot.

We got here early on a Saturday night just as 2 men with guitars were warming up. It's a small space - bar and some high tops on one side, and several tables with chairs and/or bench seats on the other.

We sat as far from the band as possible, but they were still too loud for us old people. Would have been perfect if they hadn't been amplified - they were good, and I liked their choice of music.

The waitress was prompt and friendly. I got maple walnut salmon with whipped potatoes and broccoli, hubby got steak tips. Service was fast, and food arrived hot.

The salmon was great - perfectly cooked with crunchy chopped walnuts. I don't care for whipped potatoes, but they were fine. Broccoli was a tad overcooked.

Hubby said steak tips were okay, a bit chewy.

Overall, a decent meal with excellent salmon. We'll probably try again on a night without entertainment, or maybe come for breakfast or brunch. The place definitely has potential.

This is one of those places you wouldn’t notice from the outside, but a treat you shouldn’t miss! Food was superb! Best fresh hash I’ve had! The oxtail was cooked to perfection. Service was outstanding friendly. Warm and inviting. Also locally owned. It ticks all my boxes as to where I spend was little extra I have! I’ll be back! Oh they do take out too.

We live right down the street from this place, we have been here in Shirley since this was a fast food style Chinese place.

I have never once had a bad meal here, ever. The food is always incredible, point blank.

The wait staff are always good also, helpful and accommodating.

The only average part of the experience is the small building, but that's not really their fault. They deserve a bigger building and more patrons.

Finally went to Tatlista for breakfast ! The service was very good , waitress asked us a few times if we needed anything . The omelettes that I saw coming out of kitchen looked excellent. I had biscuits and gravy with eggs on top with homefries and it was tasty and well-presented ! My friend had blueberry pancakes with real blueberries and eggs and he gave rave reviews ! I can’t wait to try their dinner . They are conveniently located in downtown Shirley , MA, not far off the Route 2 exit or next to Ayer . Good job Tatlista ! Btw…I saw your omelette being made on a Facebook post and it really did look delish !

Visiting from out of state on a business trip, we found Tatlista through a google search. We’ve been having to eat out for every meal this week and as a group we unanimously agreed that Tatlista was by far our favorite.
Everything we ordered from beginning to end was top notch! Lobster Rangoons, zucchini chips, bourbon steak bites, the steak poutine! One in our group even branched out a little and asked if there was any dish not on the menu that the chef recommended and he was extremely pleased with the haddock dish special that was reserved for the future featured menu. Service was excellent, friendly, welcoming and upbeat.
The chef is passionate, caring and was eager to hear about our experience. Thank you so much! I wish I could say we’d be back soon, but it’s quite the drive from Wisconsin! But know that we will always remember Tatlista. Maybe one day you will see us again🙂

This is my new favourite breakfast place. The waitress was very polite and the food was just perfect!! Although a little costly, the warmth and overall vibes of the place makes up for it.

This is a must go to for Breakfast spot! Eggs Benedict served hot and with plenty of hollandaise sauce. The grilled homefries were cooked to perfection - crisp on the outside and soft on the outside. It’s easy to pass on the road if you’re looking for it so keep your 👀 open. It is worth the trip.

The food is delicious! This is our go to breakfast place. We have also come for dinner once and it was excellent. We def plan to come again for dinner. The staff is also very friendly.
