Did my OW pool/classroom with a different shop who no longer had space for the open water portion. Dive On It let me squeeze into their pool session and open water dives. Got to experience the wonderful late November weather of Rhode Island and do four open ocean dives! Great dive shop! Allison is so kind, attentive and friendly. What a lovely person. I contacted these people while in a bind. I had to get two certifications done in short time. They were absolutely great! Accommodated my difficult needs (in terms of timing and equipment) with professionalism and a smile.

I was lucky enough to meet several of their staff (and even family) and every single one was friendly, helpful, and was genuinely concerned with my success.

I scheduled a trip for my son and husband, who were certified last year, to scuba dive in the RI area. Alison was excellent at getting back to me by phone and making sure we were set to go when we arrived. Mike, the dive guide, was a 10 STAR kinda guide. He was patient and agreeable and overall a pleasure to hang around. They did 4 dives in two days. The first day, they dove in Jamestown RI it was cold so my husband and son called off the second dive of the day. We were not reimbursed which I was not expecting but it was ok and now we will know for future dive trips. One think to note is that we were expected to take our dive equipment in our car which was ok but we drive an SUV. If we had a small car or more than two people diving, it would have been a problem to take the equipment in our vehicle.

My husband Zach and I took an introductory diving class the other day with Brady. He and Allison were both so kind and informative without ever making us feel silly for being totally oblivious about diving! We are highly considering taking a full certification course because they just made it so fun and enjoyable. Thank you!

Great dive shop. Staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Allison takes the time to make sure you are getting set up with the correct gear and makes sure the fit is perfect. If you’re new or experienced and in the RI area and need anything for your dives this is a one stop shop. Plus it’s always great to support a local small business.

Amazing place! Great people! Good times! Allison, Mike, Dan, and Dan are all very knowledgeable in all things scuba. I called a couple other places and wasn't impressed at all but when I spoke to Allison for a few minutes I knew this was where I would begin my scuba training and adventure. Mike and Dan are great instructors and very attentive. Couldn't ask for a better experience from general info to training to purchasing gear or just a good chat! If you are looking for a shop, then look no further, Dive On It Scuba is the one!
