I had such an amazing experience riding the trolley around Salem. I’d absolutely recommend anyone who’s visiting town to take the tour, you learn so much and get a great view of some of the main attractions in Salem. Our tour guide and driver were both super friendly and helpful and overall the experience was great!

The Salem Trolley is a MUST do when you're in Salem. We had a group of five people, aged 15-63, and all of us loved the tour. It's a great way to get tour of Salem and see a lot of key points of interest and history. It's an hour long tour where you get on and get off at the same spot. Buying tickets in person, day of, was very easy. All of the employees were great. The lady selling tickets was so sweet. And our trolley driver and the tour guide were both very fun natured and very funny. Taking the tour gives you an idea of where things are located in town and that lets you get an idea of what you want to see and do while you're in town. This is a can't-miss tour in my opinion!

Best thing we did in Salem!

After a day of wandering around, this really was the perfect ending! Our guides were funny, knowledgeable, and engaging. They made recommendations, answered questions, and gave us time to take pictures at the winter island lighthouse. We'll definitely do this again!

Good tour guide I believe his name is Mark 🤔 but I definitely remember having a good time and laughing it up! Good history knowledge and definitely knows his Parker Brothers game history!

This was a fun experience. Very informative. It was nice to see places out of the main part of town and learn some very interesting facts! Our tour guide Brian and driver, Juan, we're great! Jim, the owner, was very accommodating to our group of 11, with no reservation.

What an informative tour! Donna, our guide, was beyond friendly and such a wealth of knowledge! We couldn’t believe how quick the hour went! It was definitely worth the price.
You meander through the tiniest roads all the while your guide points out points of interest and fun anecdotes about the history of the city. We learned A LOT and cover a lot of ground within the time. My only complain is that it was too short! HIGHLY recommended for any first time visitors!

What a fun, unique, informative way to see Salem and save your feet for other adventures around town! I was shocked with the pricing, too.... in a VERY good way! I was expecting to pay double what I did! If you wanna get a glimpse at all the cool little spots in Salem 10/10, suggest the trolley and the shop too! Found some cute little gifts/shirts to bring home!

The pictures are from the tour! They are kind enough to even pause for certain spots for a quick picture, too! The shirts from the Trolley gift shop!

My family and I are visiting Salem, obviously tourists. This is a business to help tourists. Very interesting that the lady with colorful hair, who might appear to be kind, was the rudest person I met in Massachusetts. She spoke to me like I was an idiot and an annoying pebble in her shoe. Sorry I don’t know where the trolley is and had to ask for directions! Go to any other store if you need help, just not the Trolley Depot.
