Morgan is a goddess! I came to her last year when I was a month out from my destination wedding and had made a last minute dress switch. Then I made another switch a mere two weeks before the wedding and she handled the situation with such grace. With her guidance, I was able to make a confident decision. She then helped me with minor alterations for my gown and also helped customize my reception dress. I was losing my mind before my wedding and honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I wish I would have just gone to Morgan from the beginning and had her make my dress. It would have saved me thousands of dollars and all the stress of trying to find a pre-made dress that was exactly what I wanted.

Truly stellar experience from start to finish! Morgan is professional, timely, and honest in her consultations and very fun to work with. The crafts(wo)manship of the new straps and bow detail for my dress were beyond my wildest dreams of perfect. I would give Morgan 10 stars!! I bought my dress at Blue Sky Bridal--a simple sleek crepe dress--and wanted to customize it by adding a lace overtrain. Blue Sky sent me to Cicada, and over the course of 6 months Morgan worked with me over email and then in person to create my dream dress. Not only did she add the overtrain and handle the alterations to make my dress fit perfectly, she is professional, fun, and refreshingly real in the bridal industry. Cicada's staff are clearly experts at what they do--their custom made bridal gowns in the shop are beautiful--and yet they are reasonably priced. Another shop quoted me a rate so high I wouldn't ever have been able to do the customization I had my heart set on, but Cicada made it possible. I highly recommend visiting them for either alterations or a custom gown! THANK YOU MORGAN!

I worked with Morgan at Cicada and she was just phenomenal. I wanted a blue dress for my wedding but it was hard to find or even custom make due to materials and cost. I ended up buying a dress online that was the right color, but i wanted it modified. I asked Morgan if she would and she didn't hesitate. I had a hard time describing my vision but she never made me feel bad about it and worked with me. The results ended up being better than I could have imagined. The dress is gorgeous and I got compliments on it all day (and still do). I am so happy I went to Cicada!
