I went on the walking tour in Beacon Hill. We started out with a chocolate martini at the Liberty Hotel, which was delicious, and then to 2 chocolate shops and a restaurant on Charles Street. At the first 2 we had some chocolate samples and at the last one, 3 pours of red wines and 3 chocolate pairings to go with. The last place was definitely the show stopper. Our tour guide, Anne, told us about the chocolates and there was a sommelier at the restaurant who explained about the wines. Anne is very knowledgeable and threw in some Beacon Hill historical info along with the chocolate facts. I definitely recommend the Tipsy Chocolate tour as a unique and less touristy way to see a neighborhood of Boston. I had a great time!

Beacon Hill tour was nice. I'd consider it overpriced for what you get. There is only four stops, the liberty hotel, beacon Hill chocolates, and a toasted nut shop, and bin 26. The wine pairings are generous on the wine, but not on the chocolate. The information was good and informative. I am not sure it is worth $75 a person. I think $55 would be more reasonable.

The Beacon Hill tour was awesome! Starts with a chocolate martini and ends with a wine and chocolate pairing. All the stops in between had fantastic chocolates to sample. It's a great time if you're a local or a visitor.
