We booked this in July. Expedia and THEIR WEBSITE specifically tells you to meet at 226 Essex Street at Coons (oh by the way no longer exist). The travel company specifically talked to the people at Secrets of Salem and they said have them run over to 45 Lafayette and we are here. Our group of 8 booked the .2 miles there. I let the travel company know no one was there. They called them back and said Secrets of Salem is sending a tour guide as we speak. The company then stopped answering. Between the travel company and myself there was over 10 calls, voicemails and 2 emails later… This company IS A FRAUD!! Their business address is a loft NOT SECRETS OF SALEM! Do not waste your money. They are in the business of customer service or telling stories about witches. They are a scam! They will not answer calls or refund a dollar! They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Website lists wrong address and probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Booking confirmation email and website list incorrect address. Waited for guide for 30+ minutes at listed address and no one showed. After calling to verify, they were rude, denied to help, said it was our fault for not calling direct number and trusting address provided on their website and booking confirmation. They would not help or provide refund for showing up up to address provided on website. Wasted over $300 dollars. DO NOT BOOOK. THEY WILLL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Why would a legit company list a wrong address on their own website? Obviously they are not legit and just theives trying to steal your hard earned money.

My partner and I recently did a tour and Maria was amazing. She took us to really amazing spots and answered all of our questions. She knew so much about the witch trials and about town. We would definitely recommend this tour for anyone coming to Salem!
