I had high hopes for Nanci due to the great reviews and initial in-person meeting. She seemed great up until the week before our wedding. I asked her for the day of timeline two weeks before the wedding to see if there were any details she needed me to fill in, and many vendors were asking for it. I unfortunately did not get the timeline until 4 days before the wedding, and when I finally did get it there were many errors. On the day of, about 30 guests either completely missed our ceremony or had to stand off to the side without a seat, and the videographer missed the beginning as well. Nanci started the ceremony right at 3:30pm, even though some of our guests were running a bit late as they were traveling from far away. My husband asked her to please wait as some people were still coming in. She said we could not wait as that would put the schedule back. This was obviously not only upsetting to us, but to the guests that came in afterwards. My mom ended up running around and coordinating things with the dj and caterers, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid. We were doing a bubble send off at the end of the night, but Nanci left an hour early and my mom had to coordinate this as well. I think that is what bothered me more than anything is that instead of enjoying her night, my mom coordinated many things which I only found out about after the fact. A wedding coordinator should make you feel relaxed and well taken care of and unfortunately this was not the case.

Nanci is super good at what she does. She knows the business and the right vendors to meet the bride’s needs. She is very sweet and makes every wedding classy and organized!
