Falmouth Human Services was recommended to me by Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands (another standout agency - go Courtney Alves) to help me with a housing conundrum. To say they were helpful would be the understatement of the century. Professional yet friendly...dare I say "warm"? The atmosphere is inviting, not at all what I expected of a municipal agency and the people, all of them, were just plain friggin nice. And I would be remiss if I neglected to mention Ms. Helen Malina. Helen is now my Case Manager (sorry Helen) and I know I'm in good hands. This agency is a gold mine of help for a plethora of different issues and I would urge anyone who feels like they have no place to turn to give them a shout: they are (all) wonderful.

This place is now a woman's facility and they treats their patients awfully. The director/manager of this "sober house" made my relative feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed by screaming at her in front of everyone else there that she left to find a different place. I don't recommend anyone to go here.
