Great staff who were helpful and welcoming to us. The room was nice and the view of the fields was appreciated. The hotel appearance was nice both inside and out and excellent value for money. We enjoyed our stay and will book there again when needed!

The room was clean, the hotel is new and customer service is friendly, amazing price. The check out and check in was easy. The facilities were excellent and best part, free breakfast.I would stay here again. If you are ever in Maricopa stay at this hotel.

Horrible! Filthy rooms! 1st room... found not 1 but 2 hypodermic NEEDLE! Room was dirty/gross. Room 2... just painted and the fumes were unbearable. Room 3! Intentionally left things around to see if maid service actually existed lol. Apparently not. Absolutely the worst hotel experience, and for the amount of money I paid for a week, to say I was disgusted is an understatement. Never everrrrr again!

The property is fairly clean and modern. The only issue seems to be the noise of the hotel. The doors slam shut very loudly. The floors and walls are paper thin. The hotel staff seems to room everyone in one area instead of dispersing guests throughout the hotel.

Our LaQuinta room is just standard.
There is no safe in the room. Unacceptable. No drawers for clothes, had to use shelves. The room was just ok. Nothing spectacular to write about, especially for the cost of the room which was quite high in my opinion.

Only positive was the room was clean and inside the pool was nice. Information the front desk staff gave compared to their website/la Quinta check in was different. Namely being the checkout time and we had to complete check in online and in person, as they didn't know how to retrieve our online check in.

Staff was sorely uninformed about service dog policies, kept insisting we sign a pet policy agreement. Staff was upset I was utilizing continental breakfast with my service dog present.

Pool had dead bugs and bees everywhere, missing cushions, torn loungers, etc. Entrances were locked at inconsistent times with signage, and staff was quite rude and judgmental.

For being a new hotel, I also expected it to be nicer and more up to date. We couldn't even cast anything from phones onto TV's or login to streaming services while visiting.

Not only was it not new or up to date, it was quite poor quality for being a Whyndham/La Quinta. And to have access issues the entire time as a disabled person, was quite pathetic and frustrating for such a reputable hotel branch.

I asked housekeeping to skip my room for one night and then I never saw them again. The breakfast is adequate if you simply need calories, don't drink the coffee, they use tap water and it tastes like it. Grab a bottle of water from any grocery store near by and make coffee in your room. You'll thank me later.

This is a new hotel and very nice! We got an excellent night sleep. I will give you a heads up there is a dairy farm near by and the smell outside was absolutely awful. Have your AC turned off so the smell doesn’t get in your car!!! That is why I gave the location 3 stars. Breakfast was excellent!
