I waited 7.5 hours to be seen while waiting to be for chest pain!!
I arrived in the ER right before 10pm and was seen at 5:30am.
The hospital is trying to save money by having only 1 doctor on from 7am-7pm. That’s an awful way to support your staff and
is very unfair to patients. No one tells you that you will wait this long, it’s not good patient care.
Don’t come here, go to Sturdy in Attleboro, at least they have more than one doctor on staff during the night and care about you. Very different experience.
The last time I had to come here I was admitted, I was lied to by 2 nurses that I would see a doctor. The nurse gave an attitude when I said I wanted to leave after the doctor not coming by, very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation. The doctor left for the day without seeing me or giving me any care plan. I signed my self out against what was suggested.
This hospital is a joke. Stay away.

A family member of mine went into the emergency room the other day with a severe panic attack. He was feeling as though he could not breathe and had been vomiting. He expressed this to the staff while being triaged and a staff member responded with “you’re fine, it’s time to start acting like an adult”. Not sure how you can be so insensitive to someone in a mental health crisis but I am absolutely appalled at this treatment. I would recommend seeking other emergency care if you have any choice.

When a provider calls about a patient being discharged. Please leave a message so they can call you back. They call from the hospital main number number 822-7000. And your supposed to know who called? You call them back at the hospital main number. They ask who are you trying to reach, Did the leave a message? "no"

I've had It happen, at other hospitals also.

I went to the e.r. bc I'm pregnant & had been throwing up non stop for over 24 hours. I was dehydrated, could barely walk & had horrible pain in my head & stomach from the throwing up. They had a sign in waiting room that described what was a "red status" patient & what a "green status" patient was. According to that, I should have been high priority. I understand they had a lot of people there but they made me sit in the waiting room, vomiting every 10 minutes for over 2 hours. I was the last to be called. They bring me to a room & tell me a nurse will be in shortly. A nurse never came! They forgot about me. I could hear them talking about their life, dog etc the whole time. I was too out of it & weak to care. Finally the doctor came to the front of my room. My husband heard the doctor say "oh crap!" Before she walked in. I had been there for 4 hours at this point with no medical attention. No labs nothing. The doctor was so shocked, she asked me 4 times "a nurse never came by?" & said "this never usually happens". At that point I had stopped vomiting & told her I just want to go home. She oked it, prescribed me a med & let me go. When I left I seen all the nurses sitting on the desk of the nurses station, chatting away. I'm not one to make a fuss & I didn't. I was too weak to do so, even if i had wanted to. But I needed them. I needed an iv for dehydration. They put me & my baby at risk. I'm so hurt & sad by that. I seen all the patients they took before me sitting in the hall. Not even in a room... which there were plenty of empty ones of. We went to this hospital bc it had good reviews. I'm not blaming the doctor at all. She was the only one who seemed to be going to all the patients. But shame on the rest of the hospital. The intake people clearly never put me on red. The nurses were too busy chatting about they were watching their dog on the ring camera. The doctor even said "usually someone should have oked it by me to give you zofran, start a fluid iv & get labs" she was clearly embarrassed by her staff.

I'll keep this brief, but it deserves to be said: Last night, I was greeted and blessed by Dr. Ravi and an entire team of angels at Morton Hospital. From the moment I arrived, each staff member went above and beyond, demonstrating not only professionalism but true compassion. Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go out of their way made all the difference. This all-star overnight team truly embodies what it means to care for others. Morton Hospital, you have some of the finest angels on Earth!

Went in there today for possible pneumonia and I was taken right in, seen right away, and was checked on multiple times by Razi. His bed side manner was impeccable and thorough. He got me in and out of there with great care. Hats off to Razi Mirshahi for taking care of me today and being though to make sure I was being treated for the right thing. In and out in 2 hours from check in to discharge and I had chest xrays done. M. Pacheco

During a visit to Morton ER, my sister and I received exceptional support from the receptionist, Bethany, and the staff. The wait time was minimal, and the technician and the nurse were extremely kind. My sister was quickly taken to a clean room, and shortly after, we were attended to by another technician named Sam. Sam was not only polite but also had a great sense of humor. She informed us that the nurse was occupied but would be with us shortly. The nurse, Alyssa, didn't take long; she was nice, but Sam stood out. Throughout the night, she continued to check on my sister, ensuring her comfort and keeping us informed. Despite being busy with other patients, Sam always smiled and showed genuine concern for her patients. This experience was particularly significant because we had previously encountered terrible experiences at Morton. Alyssa, the nurse, and Sam, the tech, made my sister’s stay much more comfortable. It's hard to see this person working, getting called names, turning around, and being nice to the same ones that insulted them. My sister and I watched Sam being mistreated by a patient. Despite the unkindness, she continued with her night with kindness. We were shocked by how rude some people can be to our healthcare workers. Shout out to Sam, the tech, for being amazing!

Service was extremely slow. Had to drive my dad here Christmas eve, which nobody was there. he had cut his hand really bad. Felt like it took forever while my dad was about to pass out from the pain. When we were waiting for him to get stitches we waited 2 hours in the room and I watched as the staff stood around waiting and talking to eachother. Terrible service and we did not get the attention or care we needed. Not coming back👎.
