If you schedule an appointment for 4 AM the logical thing would be to have someone there to accommodate the 4 AM arrivals. But this place has yet to figure that one out.

Update, NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

If you have an appointment at 4am don’t come at 3:30 because they will tell you to come back at 4:15, you can park right where these trucks are parked, next to roundabout right before the gates, I suggest that you come to the gates when you see a car parked right by the guard shank, that’s when you can freely pull up to the gates and they won’t tell you to come back later. Come at 4:05 or so to the gates. Anyway the unloading took about 1:40 minutes which is quick, and the guard 💂‍♀️ was really friendly man 🤝 , almost everyone is saying this company unloading too long in my experience it was quick and if will be here again and it would be different, I will UPDATE YOU TRUCK DRIVERS.

Drivers pls and pls don’t come here! Am not that person that leave a bad review but this I have to warn my fellow drivers, I have only 2 pallets and checks in at 6 40 am. Still waiting for a door at 10 45 am and mind you they go to lunch break at 11am - 11 45 and receiving stopped at 12. Been on this load since last week Thursday. It will make it 6 days because they messed up my appointment and keep moving it. Drivers are not protected and a whole week gone for nothing and I am an owner operator. Mind you my appointment was yesterday and they told me I don’t have one that my appointment was moved till today. God pls we need a union that counter this craps.

Been here 6 times for me it's hit or miss, today 10 May 2024 is a miss. Although there is no stupid lumper fee, I was unloaded by 0630 (app 0600) still here at 0930 as they "separate and count" all 34 skids of pork. Funny shiznit. No overnight parking btw. 4 of previous out of 6 times I was in and out in 2 hours. They are not short handed as claimed. New guy they also said. Been here now 6 hours

Average unloading time is what I experienced about 2 hrs but the the gates do not open until 5am even if you have an appointment at 4am you will not be let in the gates until 5am always a long line of trucks waiting to get in at the above time.
