We have booked many cruises with Cruises.com, Debra Davis is always efficient, helpful and caring. We have been on many MSC Ships, usually 3 times a year. All are different and fabulous. The staff go above and beyond. Entertainment is awesome. Food is always well presented and great. Love all the different food choices. The Ships are always so very very clean, everywhere. Love the decor and beautiful Swarovski stair cases. In all, wonderful 8 day cruises. When we found MSC we knew we had found the best in our opinion, and I have done about 50 lol. love MSC 🥰

I’ve booked 3 cruises with cruises.com. Annemarie was our agent. She was tremendously helpful and patient. We spoke some 5-6 times. She knew lots of info about each cruise line and itinerary.

The reason I’m giving four stars is for several reasons:
- AnneMarie said she could never send us prices via email. That was very frustrating when it came to me having to take my own copies notes.
- cruises.com doesn’t have ‘planning’ tech for me to favorite and add notes and share with others. That was a manual thing I had to do by printing out cruise details to then write notes by hand to then take pics by phone and share with 5 other people to review and prioritize and select the right cruise. Trip advisor and Airbnb have tech that helps me in group planning but not cruises.com.

Everything is a long phone call with cruises.com to make progress and then to book. It is a problem they could solve.

Still I’m grateful to have a go-to solution knowing cruises.com is dependable.
