We did a one night stay. Nice room, loads of space and clean. It was busy with a volleyball tournament through the hallways but quiet in the room.
The four star was for 1. Pool not realy warm. 2. no water in the room. When we entered we were not given water bottles. When we checked out I told them the water from the sink was not clear. He said I was supposed to get water bottles when we arrived. We ordered water with our dinner in the restaurant to have. The restaurant was very good.

Not a bad hotel and great room rates. Room was very clean. My only one complaint was the barn style door for the bathroom. Literally no privacy. You can hear everything anyone is doing in there. And no bathroom fan to block noise either. the door doesn't close all the way. You can see in if you walk by and I didn't need that in my life. That was the worst. Especially sharing a room with someone. Embarrassing. I guess I have issues.

It was a good location. Close to stores and downtown. Nice pool. The breakfast that was included was a yogurt, oatmeal, or cornflakes. We ordered from the menu and our breakfast was not included, so we ended up paying. The outlets on the night stands did not work. The heater was difficult to mess with. Maintenance had to come up and adjust. The maintenance guys was very nice and helpful. No microwave in the room. The only microwave was in the lobby store. That was a hassle. Didn't like that. Overall, it was an ok stay but need lots of adjustments. Staff was super friendly.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The noise from the highway was distracting, but I got over it. Gym facilities were excellent and I found staff to be warm and friendly. Great location and the attached mall was nice. I was unable to access the breakfast room with my key card, so that wasn’t cool. Overall great accommodations at a good price.

Great clean hotel. We spent new years at this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was super nice. The restaurant was great. The bar is awesome. There is tons of food options especially with big y being connected. White lion brewery. Even a food court upstairs. This Hotel is unique. I would love to come back to enjoy the pool and everything around it. I live 15 min away and I still like staying there. Awesome place. MGM casino is very close. It’s an option if you’re looking for something to do. Gluten free dining options at brewery. There is a Dunkin inside hotel. And Starbucks across the street.

So I checked in at midnight on Sunday night for work and had to stay through the week. The week prior I was staying at the Sheraton, which is literally just across the street but I heard this hotel was nicer so I wanted to check it out. Upon getting to my room, the deadbolt lock wouldn’t lock. I literally had to mess with it several times to work-yes I ended up getting it. The safe, the phone and the light behind the television are all non-functional. Housekeeping left dirty glasses and didn’t replace with clean ones. Also did not stock lotion.
The restaurant in the hotel, bridge22, has good food and decent service once you track some down. The location of the hotel is nice-it’s attached to a mall that has some stores and restaurants, which was the only good thing about this hotel. Honestly I wish I would have stayed at the Sheraton across the street again instead of trying the Marriott out. Now I know.

To say that I am disappointment it is an understatement. I upgraded my room to a mini suite. Upon arrival, the room was absolutely freezing. Mind you it is 20° outside. The heat in the living area did not work the thermostat in the bedroom Didn’t even turn on. I tried to call down to the front desk however, none of the phones in the room worked. As I was searching for the front desk number, so I could call my cell phone, two of the lights did not work. Not to mention the cabinet where the sink is was broken And completely chipped on the bottom. Extremely disappointed I will never stay here again.

Our family stayed here for a sports event at MassMutual Center which is one block away. The Tower Square building that the hotel is situated in has convenient facilities like restaurants, Dunkin's and BigY store. What makes it an exceptional stay is the level of service provided by the staff here. Front desk and room service are easy to communicate, and eager to help with needs of the guests. For example, they provided clear instructions for navigating the parking situation from check-in to check-out. I would recommend Marriott Springfield Downtown to anyone.
