Peter Pan. Great service!. It really is!. The drivers are professional and with simplicity, they will help you as best as they can!.

The pluses- Despite traffic and the occasional accidents as I've ridden Peter Pan to NYC, The Cape, Fall River and Providence, the service has been pretty damn good and kudos to em.

They've been driving those highways for years and as a passenger, I would think they know what they're doing. I'll continue to use thier service for years to come.

The minus- AC adapters not working on the bus. That's kinda scary. You'll never know when a family member is in an emergency. It could be a critical moment when it's needed. Juuust saying, guys!. Overall, again, Peter Pan is good service. 👍 👍👍👍

Very basic. Minimal hours. Bathroom and drink machine. Buses run later than ticket office is open, so for some routes you can only purchase online or at another location ahead of time.
Online tickets no longer need to be printed. Peter Pan drivers can scan them off your smartphone, or if the ticket cannot be scanned for whatever reason, an e-receipt and/or confirmation will suffice.

Star off for: limited hours, and this access to facilities.

I booked a same day round trip ticket to NYC, and I unfortunately had a tragic death occur in my family. I emailed and called customer service to explain my situation. They refused to refund me the money that I was going to use to make arrangements because I didn't "purchase the refundable tickets" They seemed cold and callous to my situation, would not ever recommend.

Cleanest bus station you are likely to ever see. Staff works to keep station clean although small and a bit beat up. Staff is friendly. Terminal is clean easy access to down town. Although limited Service.
Snack machine is well taken care of.
Parking is though Northampton city parking, local bus service is not on sight but though the PVTA which picks up on the opposite side of the building or at the Academy of music. Terminal is not 24 hours, if waiting for later buses expect to wait outside on benches.

They did just what they're supposed to do! No complaints. In fact, I was impressed that they divided the VERY long pre-thanksgiving line into groups based on destination city and had separate busses for Hartford and Springfield. It was efficient and clear. I also left my suitcase on the first bus when we transferred, and luckily they took it off and put it in the office so I could retrieve it before I got on bus #2. Oops. Thanks Peter Pan. I also love that the coaches are all 11' 11" high.

This is, even though the inside lobby is closed, the nicest safest place to wait for a bus. Don't be deceived by the signs that the terminal is closed; it is the place to meet your bus. And you should visit the Bombay Indian restaurant located in the same building.

Peter Pan was a life saver for me while I was attending Umass Amherst from Springfield without a car of my own. Their buses are comfy and warm and in my experience they always arrive on time. My only complaint is the jump up in ticket prices that happened in these past few months. I considered taking a star off, but the price jump doesn't put the tickets out of an affordable range for someone who isn't using it for trips as frequently as I was.
