OMG this place is above and beyond wonderful! I'm "older" and tech deprived. Am looking for a new post retirement job however. Had a nice offer but employer with offices in Boston required lots of preliminary computer work. Only have my phone on which I'm savvy in emails and texts and taking pictures but needed to do uploading, printing, etc., etc., etc. I am from Hadley and went to my own town library at 10am only to discover they don't open until 2pm. Frustrated I went to the next closest in Sunderland. Note on their public computers said that blocks of time for those that required assistance could be booked. Sounded like me so I went to the Librarian who insisted on helping me right now. She was patient and miraculous. Walked me through everything. I printed many pages noting that there is a $.20 charge per page. When I left and went to pay, she explained that they don't charge when the forms are occupational. Am still jumping hoops for obtaining this job but this made it so much easier.

Great study place as a student! Right up the road from food and coffee. Good wifi, tall windows with good lighting, heavy darkwood furniture that feels classy.
