Wonderful place. The utensils and cookware definitely needed to be updated. The direct tv service was 1 out of 10. A tree was blocking the satellite dish. There was a gas fire pit. which was nice, but the wooden chairs produced many splinters in our backside. The pool was nice , and the grill areas were great.

Very clean. Service was exceptional. My only complaint and not a big deal but the lights on the golf area stay on all night, are very bright and makes it a little hard to star gaze but no biggie. The staff is very helpful and professional, the cabins are very comfortable.

Staff perfect Unit was super clean Pool was awesome We loved it . We were there for a week we had a picnic lunch at one of the lakes near by. We did go to restaurant that are very near by. Casino is three miles away. The staff were super helpful. Arizona has rain storm in the late afternoon also thunderstorm with lighting we were in the pool at that and they informed us please you must get off of the we thank them. over all we will make reservations again in the fall. Super super place

This was our second time staying at the Round House Resort , The location was perfect for the annual Car show . Also close to plenty of restaurants, Bars and shopping . On location they have an indoor swimming pool although we didn't use it . The also have pool tables and ping pong tables . Outdoors they have a miniature putt putt , Corn hole games . Only complaint is they close it all down by 9 pm

We had been in our room for two days, things put away and ready to enjoy the mountains and the return vent for the air conditioner in our room started leaking water from it. I called the office and they sent a maintenance man over immediately. He put a bucket under the leak in the middle of our hallway. It was 8:00 at night so that was fine. I called the office the next day and they said the air conditioner man would not be able to get to it for a few days. So we spent our whole stay with a bucket in our hallway. They did offer to move us to another room but we were settled in our room and what it would have taken to move to another room was more work than we wanted to do on our vacation.

Good sized rooms, towels are picked up 1x a week, trash daily. Quiet enclosed pool. Corn hole. Mini golf.

The staff were delightful and helpful, especially Mark and Elyssa (hope I spelled it right.) The place is clean and well maintained though the kitchen knife’s were extremely dull.

We were guests of a friend and used the facility she the day. It was a great experience. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Great location. Highly recommend checking it out.
