The Semple and Hettrich team is excellent. They came in with a clear plan, brought resources in to help us execute it quickly (de-clutter, high-end photography, marketing, etc), communicated exceptionally well, and sold our house before the open house. They are experienced, wise, and great communicators, and they are the first experience I’ve had with real estate agents who competently guided the entire process. They are in a different league from all the other real estate professionals I’ve dealt with across MetroWest the past 20 years.

Anne-M*** Santiago G****** is the worst real-estate agent we have every met! Very rude and pushy. She knows NOTHING about the communities she is trying to sell (push) houses in. I suggest trying someone else instead!
