I have been a customer of Sudbury True Value Rental for over 30 years. Every time I rented a piece of equipment it was in good condition and met my needs. I always found them pleasant and knowledgeable. They understood my needs and recommended the best equipment. Today however was OVER THE TOP. I needed to rent a wet saw to cut a paver. When they understood that it was for only one paver they told me to bring it to them. They set up the wet saw and assisted and watched me cut one paver to size. When I told them that it was my responsibility to clean the tool I was told not to bother, that the crew would do it.

And Lisa has been a volunteer for the Pan Mass Challenge for well over 20 years. She has dedicated weekends, when she slept in her car, in order to be available to serve breakfast to riders at Bourn after serving us in Sturbridge. Then she drove back to Sturbridge to help unload bikes.

Go see Meg, great lady, super helpful. I rented a big log splitter, the guys in the garage spent about five minutes explaining the different things I needed to know.

Log splitter was a beast and worked flawlessly

The next weekend I went back and Meg hooked me up with a gas leaf blower, again the guys showed me everything I needed to know.
