First and foremost the gentleman named Mani, that greeted me and my friend at the front desk was beyond hopeful, friendly, kind and professional. Second, when we walked into the room you could smell the cleanliness. It was like a light subtle hint of bleach. The carpets were nice and clean. The pillow and bed were beyond comfortable and the shower was really nice as well. I have to say for this to be a motel. I would rate this a 5. It definitely has the standards of a hotel. Upon check on there is a saw grinding… I asked what the noise was. “Anthony at the counter said a saw! It’s regular work hour’s”!! Ok Anthony. Super professional. Very relaxing environment. 🙄 place is super ghetto I’ll never stay again….. looks like the homeless - also Mr personality never told us where our room was. Had to go searching. Apparently you have to park in the front and walk down a flight of stairs. Thank god I’m not handicapped. All around crappy place.

The young gentleman at the front office have been very wonderful. Making our stay welcoming and enjoyable. The housekeeping have been amazing as well, making sure we always have what we need. Housekeeping went out of their way to switch our room so we would have access to the kitchen since I have 2 little kids and was staying there for awhile. That kind gesture meant the world to us that they thought of us like that. The front desk staff have always made it easy and fast to extend the stay. They’ve also been great with my 2 little kids. Everyone goes above and beyond here!

Decently clean room with a hot shower, good heat, and high ceilings on the second floor. There was a leak under the sink and a broken window. They include a free breakfast - never have I turned down a free hotel breakfast until I saw this. No coffee that I could find, yogurt on top of freezer packs, and only bread products. Had to go to McDonald’s down the street.

After a 36 hour drive from Mississippi to get my son from Vermont, Mani at Super 8 in Sturbridge, MA, was so helpful. He worked quickly on getting us into a room so I could sleep because I was exhausted. The rooms were clean and had the most comfortable beds. By far, this was the best hotel experience I have had to date! Thanks so much for all of your help Mani!

We arrived late and the young gentleman at the front desk was so kind and professional I believe his name was Javel (or something like that). He saw I was exhausted and made check in quick and extremely reasonable. He searched for best deal for us. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I was hoping my next stop I could find another Super 8 based on this hotel, but they are individually owned. If the owner sees this you should give the gentleman on that night shift kudos!! Keep up the good work

All are great super absolutely because all the staff is good at communicating with me how do they know I am deaf so I always approach, and write note to them to understand read how to deaf communication. I love it here amazing peace meadow that makes me relax actually and I always watch the whole thinking popular lake/views 🌄 is nice nights/days, Super 8 is best because of the framed old history ( OLD STURBRIDGE VILLAGE on the wall ) Also the best place where one get real peace Hotels Inn is nicely friendly. When I get into the hotel rooms I lock then the door and I know there is a NICE VIEWS BEAUTIFUL. My definition of a good hotel is a place I stay at. Sometimes I have to break and I pick to Super 8 hotel there I am peace makes me think is relax views 🌅

Cons: When I checked into my room there was old food in the fridge which makes me doubt how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. 🤢 My room key wouldn't open the ice room which was annoying. It's right next to a busy road.

Pros: The view of the lake was nice. The guy at the front counter was friendly and let me choose if I preferred a room on the first or second floor. The location is close to a lot of stuff. I felt very safe staying here.

Overall I would stay here again. The rooms seemed mostly clean. For the cost, it's a great place to stay!
