Truly the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. They knock on the door and wake us up every morning despite a do not disturb sign (that they provide) hanging on the door. They refuse to clean the room this morning, even though when we explicitly say we don't want to be disturbed they force us out of our room to clean when we don't want that service. They suddenly refuse to take cash even though we've paid that way in the past. This "hotel" is not worth your stay and definitely not worth your money. Next time I'll be better off if I just sleep in my car.

A great roadside motel for the price. I stayed in a clean room. The atmosphere of the area is very nice. Also, the town it is located in is very unique. Philadelphia cheese for breakfast is so good 🙂

Positive: Cleanliness Negative: The board under the mattress was uncomfortable. The TV twas old and no HDMI to use my fire stick. Furniture window curtain did not block outside street lights.

Clean comfortable place for a stopover. Room and bathroom was clean. Air conditioning was working well. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Good continental breakfast. Convenient location. A bit noisy with traffic as it's next to the main Street.

After a long day, long drive and disappointing experience with reservations at another chain, we decided to try Scottish Inns. It was after 10pm when we stopped and I asked if they had availability. The attendant could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and actually cost less than the original place I had booked. We awoke well rested and were appreciative of the light breakfast available in the lobby. All in all, I will look for Scottish Inns for any future quick, inexpensive overnights we may need. Thank You!

I stayed here for a week a couple months ago while on personal business. The rooms were clean. Check in was easy, and the staff were always helpful when I locked myself out more than once.

I kept my DND sign up the whole time, and not once did staff bother me. I really appreciated that.

The property and lobby are well maintained. The place was pretty quiet.

At a good price, the Scottish Inns was wonderful and helped make a stressful trip less stressful for me.

The only thing to keep in mind is that phone reception can go out coming just up the road from this location, so you may be out of contact while at the motel.

This is a nice budget place. It is not spiffy new, it does have a little outdated scent of cigarettes but not bad. Remember they are not going to rip up all the carpeting just to get rid of the smell. It is a little outdated but suitable. We enjoyed out stay (one night) and it was reasonably priced. I believe we would return. It was comfortable enough. And just for the record our room DID look like the pictures in the advertisement. We were satisfied.
