I Hate dealing with companies that operate off greed and no compassion!

I was to return my rental chairs by 4:15 PM. Life happened and I ended up getting there late at 5 PM.

By the time I arrived, they were already closed despite me calling somebody and letting them know I was gonna come drop it later. No one told me they closed at 5 PM.

Then I was responsible enough to arrive early the morning to return the chairs. Let me emphasize I was there BEFORE opening time yet I was still charged a whole day rental fee.

So I ended up spending double the amount of money just because I ran late.

Sometimes a little compassion goes a long way in doing business. It’s another thing if I came later the next day, but I came even before Business opened and it was a honest mistake.

I tried explaining this to the receptionist, but they were not understanding.

Being late by 45 minutes cost me a whole $75. I was charged a whole day fee for not returning something because they were closed. Arrived early the morning and still charged the whole day fee.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I could understand maybe a maximum of $25 fee but a whole $75 for not even the WHOLE DAY

I definitely won’t be renting from this company again.

I know I was in the wrong for coming late but at the same time understanding and compassion should have be offered in certain cases.

This was my first time renting anything for an event. You made my planning so easy! I will share my experience with friends and family. My order was delivered and picked up in the time frame I was given. You were recommended by Kendra Jones and I can't thank her and you enough!!!! I hope to see you again for my future events

manager and other bad people, they don't know how to do business I'm a little late they charged me the same amount $350 just for being 30 minutes late, I'm so shocked it was my wedding they didn't even show a sign of kindness towards me because it was my wedding I'm so disappointed in you 💔💔💔

Very convenient place to rent items for your party! I rented a table and some chairs for a game night and it was an easy process. The staff was super friendly and helpful. When I picked up the chairs and tables they appeared clean! I've rented from other places and had to clean them because they were obviously dirty or stained. The return process was simple too. Can't beat the price either! I will definitely rent from here again.
