CEDAR CANYON RANCH DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY WEDDING! IT HONESTLY CAME OUT AMAZING. I GOT SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY CEREMONY IT WAS AWESOME. VICTOR WAS IN CONSENT COMMUNICATION WITH ME FROM BEGINNING TO END VIA EMAIL THEIR WERE SOME THINGS I DID NOT LIKE BUT THEY WEREN'T A BIG DEAL BUT CREDIT TO THEM THEY ORGANIZED THE WHOLE THING. FOOD WAS GREAT MY CAKE WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL SO WAS THE GROOMS CAKE AND THE DECORATIONS COMPLIMENTED THE VENUE BEAUTIFULLY.

We held a two day wedding here last week. Is the venue spacious for 200+ppl, absolutely! For that I’ll give two stars. The meetings leading up to the event were not pleasant, we spent the first hour recapping what we talked about previously. Sometimes they were no shows and we would have to reach out to them. We paid for the wedding on Saturday to go till 3am but day of at 8pm literally 8 police officers show up to stop our wedding because the venue doesn’t have a permit. Thank goodness my cousin is an officer and got us till midnight. Antonio promised things that never happened, like a huge Mr & Mrs sign, 2 bartenders - the one bartender that did show was 45min late and hour later took a break to eat, luckily my family is in the service industry so they jumped behind the bar and an arch that we didn’t even see till the day prior when we’re setting up but by then moved the ceremony inside so we didn’t use it. Our outside servers that we hired had to help the decorations team finish setting up tables because guest were arriving and they were behind. Our guest didn’t arrive till 5pm, I arrived at 1:30 so what were they doing?! I’d only recommend renting the pool side, which is what we did for Sunday, this is where the additional star comes in. Place is great but the individuals running it not so much, lack of organization and really just tell you want you want to hear to get that money. There is a helper who’s name I don’t know, I believe he lives on the property but he was helpful and nice.

My event was in 2022. Covid was just ending so there was no pushback on the day. Management had changed. They were still going to validate the contract. they already wanted to change some of the things I had on the contract. I seriously only had basic things decoration, wise BUT the day of the event I had a list of problems.
1. They still did not clean from the prior event they had. A lot of the tables needed 2 be changed out bec they had drink spilt on it and vomit.
2. We had to clean. And we went in at 10.
3. two hours till the event started and the tables were still not cleaned with new linens. so I told my people go ahead and to take off and to have them put the black ones on like It was in the contract
4. I was supposed to have a bartender, but that didn’t happen either I had to have some of my own guest as bartenders.
5. event ended at 2am next day someone that was working with them had told my band to stop 30 minutes prior to the ending mark.
6. the AC was out and you know in Texas we need our AC for One of the hottest months. I’m glad we had the pool book. And that was a whole Nother problem.
7. With the ac out the cake started to melt, looking like the lining tower. Literally, we had to cut the cake earlier than expected.
8. Some of the things that left behind I think one of the workers actually took at home.
Please make sure if you’re trying to do a contract with them you also have something stating if they change management. For it not to change in the contract. Because they are constantly changing management here. or for them to reimburse you on the hassle of doing business with somebody else because I made a contract just because I was dealing with somebody who knew what I wanted.

Wouldn't recommend it because it was hot n the outside of it looked trashed out and beer bottles n trash all over the whole ranch even couches on lawn just laying everywhere look like a dump site
