I did not want to stay here. We were driving to Durango and I got too tired to continue. However, I was so pleasantly surprised! The Hampton Inn was very nice, really clean and had a cute atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious. They had a cute gift shop with 4 corners magnets. We are collecting magnets so I was very excited about that! All of the staff were very friendly. It was a great experience. ||What to know about the area! No restaurants were open at 9:30 except the hotel restaurant which unfortunately we didn’t know about. There was a sonic - our food was more awful than expected ?. But they were open and the employees were nice. ||This hotel is on the reservation so you cannot get any kind of alcohol. The convenience store clerk told us the closest place was 45 minutes away.

Stayed here for a visit to Monument Valley. This Hampton has a gift shop and a small restaurant in it. The restaurant is dinner only with a limited menu. We didn’t get to try it. The gift shop has a lot of Navajo themed books postcards etc.
all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean quiet and well stocked.

Our experience was amazing! The rooms are super clean and staff was very friendly. The food was really good and we had entertainment while we ate. The staff was dressed to fit the atmosphere and gift shop had a large selection of items. Best hotel on my tour so far. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I have nothing but great things to say about this little gem. I've always loved Hampton Inns and Hilton properties do allow a window of certain expectations - and Kayenta really makes its mark. Staff are amazing - friendly, fun, informative and welcoming. We were traveling with two kids under 10 and they had a blast in the pool area and the dining options at the restaurant fit everyone's tastes. ||Remember there is no alcohol served in the area, but we surely did not miss our nightly libation. We took a little drive and captured the sunset and enjoyed a night exploring the grounds. The gift shop is truly remarkable with a large selection of books and gifts to choose from. There are snacks and other travel items available and its open until 10pm.||The rooms are a bit small but mind you as a family of four, we knew we would be a bit cramped. The beds are comfortable and the property, although busy, was quiet. ||All in all a great stay in Kayenta. Tip: get to know these amazing folks of the Navajo Nation and learn all you can while immersed in these lands. It is truly a magical place.

We've stayed at many Hampton Inns, but this is one of the nicest we've seen. The lobby and breakfast area are beautiful, as was the landscaping and pool area. Nice staff all around, from front desk, to housekeeping, to breakfast attendant - even the maintenance guys were friendly. Rooms were what we expect at a Hampton inn - clean and comfortable. This hotel has a restaurant that serves dinner, but we had a late lunch at a nearby restaurant so can't rate that. It also has a gift shop. You can easily walk to several eating places and the grocery and hardware stores.

After a long drive we had to do a late checkin. Desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well fitted with standard Hampton soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion which we found to be nice quality.||Breakfast bar is very pleasant and welcoming. Food was basic but very good to fuel up for a long day. Great gift shop!||Will stay again next time we journey through the area.

This is a 3-story hotel with 1 elevator. I rated it as 4 stars, but in Kayenta it is a 5 star hotel. It was clean and kept up well. We had a standard 2 queen bed room with a refrigerator and coffee maker. Everything worked well. |There was a sign in the parking lot to not give money to panhandlers. See the attached picture. I was approached in the next-door parking Taco Bell lot and did not give him money. I did not feel threatened. |The breakfast was standard and well stocked. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bagels, and waffles.|This is the best hotel and restaurant (Rueben Heflin) in the area. There is also a nice gift shop in the hotel. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Room was nice but people above us made lots od stopping nose all night long couldn't get front desk to so anything about it. Undergoing renovation they were too. For the price I have had much better stays in hotels with less star ratings. Definitely disappointed. The TV did work half the time The channels kept saying offline. Definitely don't recommend this place. The staff at check in where nice.
