A Hidden Gem by the Riverside!

I recently stayed at Orbits Inn and had a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic—situated right by the water, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The motel is easily accessible, and the surrounding area is charming, with local restaurants and shops just a short drive away.

These people are absolutely awful people. I told them not to clean my room cuz I didn’t trust they wouldn’t steal from me.and they did it anyway and I come back to my hotel room and my backpack was emptied out and my iPhone SE and my Social Security card and Even my ID were missing and nowhere to be found. I do not recommend going to this place for any reason other than making sure they get closed down.

THIS DUMP SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED!!!!
Don't be fooled by the staged, flashy and fictional photos that they have posted on their website. The office staff are incredibly arrogant and rude and put customer service last. The rooms are filthy run down and extremely outdated. There are holes in every wall in every room, the bathroom has mold all over the walls. The bathroom exhaust fan is caked with dust and ineffective. There's piles of dust behind the nightstands the refrigerator and all over the floor. The microwave looks like it was picked up on the side of the road. The windows are clouded and unable to see through. I could go on about the unsatisfactory conditions of this place but I'll let the pics tell the rest of the story.

We got the designed black and white suite. I have 5 major complaints. We paid 350$ a night. This room was well cleaned, but...
1. The jacuzzi wouldn't hold WATER. Which was the reason for the room we picked.. which I felt should have justified an adjustment to the payment amount, but nothinflg was done...
2. The room is right next to the main staff and ice area, so this an almost constant noise of water through through the walls. I couldn't sleep....
3. Very unprepared with the amount of body towels they provided for the room. They left a single towel..
4. For the amount we paid there should have been a microwave...
5. The toilet paper holder would not keep the cloth, and every time you tried to unroll it because it was put on incorrectly and with a slant, it fell off...
The main complaint is that the jacuzzi didn't hold water. We should have been reimbursed something... OH AND NO WIFI

The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Lots of food around. But overall, a mid level place to stay for sure.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my booking had been canceled due to the hotel being fully booked. This was despite the fact that I had received confirmation of my booking prior to my arrival. As a result, I was forced to sleep in my car with my family, which was a very uncomfortable and inconvenient experience. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action.

rem me buddy ? warning !!! Bugggsssss !!! 20$ more better hotel around corner way better quality and respectful owners . Orbits hotel husband wife owners were so rude and unprofessional. refused to give me my money back and told me to go elsewhere . Do not pay them until you see the room . Wife told me no money back policy no matter what. I told him I would post the pictures he didn’t believe me . Here you go people stay away !

Ok, so let me start off with, I understand we booked the cheapest hotel we could find in the area. However, that is no excuse for the disgusting experience we had. Bathroom was horrendous, hasn’t been deep cleaned in years, hairs in the bed sheets and blankets, room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There really isn’t anything I can say that is positive about this place. The front desk staff were completely nonchalant. The coffee machine didn’t work, no iron in the room but they brought me one, but no ironing board and the iron was caked in sticky goo so unusable. And the price was still high! We paid $90 per night! Avoid this place at all costs!

Comfortable, clean bed, clean bathroom, and yes, the toilet wobbled when I sat; but for the price and a smoke-free, quiet rim, I can live with that. Plus, owners are nice folks; a polite, agreeable family. Have stayed here a half-dozen or eight times since June.
