Today my husband’s 2005 Chrysler Crossfire lost all power, we called AAA roadside service,
Almost immediately a very concerned associate found our location on route 5 West Springfield and sent a tow truck driver,
P900-Luis E R called us and was with us within 15 minutes! Luis was in constant contact with us, he was so very careful with the Crossfire, he was so kind, concerned, worked quickly and efficiently, a breath of fresh air!

I went in for my Real ID, and had a great experience, from the people that are stationed right at the front door, until I finished up at the registry counter. I had to use AAA to get a tow because I had a flat tire with no spare and I got James D G to come get my car and tow it, he was very fast and he did a great job! He helped me find a great affordable place to get used tires!

Very rude. The girl who picked up the phone snapped at me for trying to express that the address I’m giving isn’t the actual address but it’s the building next to it. This is the first time I’ve ever felt with towing at all so I have no idea how specific I need to be. I was just trying to give as much info as I thought needed and instead of doing it in a polite way I get yelled at and was told to just give her the address. Awesome

Had to get a tow tonight, being stuck is always a stressful experience. Especially when you expect an expensive car repair bill will be following. I got AAA technician Chris. He was friendly & provided excellent service. I was thankful that at least the tow portion of my day was a painless & easy experience.

We waited 2 hours for a tow. We called. They said a specific time and we waited over an hour for the time showed, then 30 minutes passed. We called again and the guy HUNG UP on us. We called again since they hung up and gave no information, and the person was quite rude when we called again and said we made a call 10 minutes ago and the tow place would call us with an update. However the other person legit hung up so how would we possibly know the tow people would be calling us. This is ridiculous service as we have been member’s for years. In addition the app says “0” minutes until arrival. It hasn’t updated for an hour +. Considering the snowy conditions outside this is quite concerning as someone could’ve been left on the side of the road for 2+ hours, luckily I am in shelter but this is quite insane, never experienced this terrible service before.
