We used Calla Catering for our wedding this winter and could not be happier with the food and service. Every part of working with Calla Catering was phenomenal. The food was delicious and the staff was professional and flexible. Everyone at the wedding kept telling us it was the the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Kim and Linda were so helpful during the entire planning process and made our day run smoothly. We would recommend them (and their grilled cheese) to anyone!

Calla did an amazing job catering our wedding! From logistics to the food itself, everything was perfect. We had some special and perhaps odd requests for our food, and Calla took it completely in stride. We wanted to have Skyline Chili Cheese Coneys as our late night snack, which is nearly impossible to get in New England - the chef not only learned how to make it just for us, but made maybe the best Coney we’ve ever had! From the Coneys to mini latkes to the mac and cheese bar, all the food was incredible and so special, and totally blew us and our guests away.

We had a 140 person wedding in a completely blank slate venue, and Calla brought everything in and made it so easy for us. From set up to serving to breakdown, everything went seamlessly and we never had to worry about a thing! They were engaged and communicative throughout the whole planning process, and were very easy to reach if we had any questions whatsoever. Kim and the whole team were so incredible and we’d book them all over again!

We so enjoyed working with Cava in preparation for our wedding and cannot being to describe what an incredible job they did in helping ensure the day went smoothly. With long distance planning it was a struggle to feel like we had everything together but the Cava staff did anything and eveything to make sure our day went off without a hitch. Friends and family are still raving about the food! The menu and service Cava provides does not seem to be matched by the other available caterers. Our was a magical day and one we will remember always!

Calla Catering was absolutely flawless! I am so thankful for Linda & Kim for helping me organize and plan our wedding. From the initial phone call inquiring about their services, to the tasting, to the wedding itself, everything was run so smoothly. Francesco is a great chef and the food was a big hit at our wedding. We had a buffet style dinner with a plated salad, and everybody loved their food. We opted to spend extra money to use their day of coordinating and rehearsal ceremony help, and I am so glad we did!!! Linda was truly a dream and helped keep everything going and helped me feel at ease through the entire process. One of the things I love about Calla Catering is their attention to detail and consistent communication. Like many brides, I sent so many emails and always heard back in a timely manner. Both Linda and Kim truly love what they do, and it shows! I highly recommend Calla Catering for any event! It was extremely easy planning our big day with their expertise. Definitely worth inquiring about, doesn’t matter how big or small your event… they are the best choice out there! Thank you so much

Kim Livesey and the entire Calla Catering family did an exceptional job catering for my outdoor wedding. I wanted a "Covid safe" wedding day with minimal people involved with food and drinks and they had exactly what I wanted - individual meals all wrapped separately! It was the fanciest "box" lunch I've ever had! The food got rave reviews from everyone. We had our coolers personalized for guests to take home, and the tucked in menu card was added flair! I highly recommend this company! Total cost was extremely fair given all that they did - especially in a short 1 month planning window! Kim thank you for your patience and keeping me sane!! We had the steak, salmon, and chicken for entrees and they were all scrumptious!! Yes - I tried them all!!

We worked with Kim & Calla Catering on Nov. 9, 2023 for a corporate reception of 75 people at the Seaport Science Center in Boston. Right from the start, Kim was extremely efficient and knowledgeable presenting several options for us. She kept our event within budget without stress. The food & staff were exceptional! The bartender was fantastic. They even packed up leftovers for our staff to take home. We look forward to working with Kim and her team again soon.

Hiring Kim and the team at Cava Catering to be our wedding caterer and coordinator was hands down the best wedding decision we could have made! Kim and her team were so exceptionally talented and helpful during the planning process – they worked around our limited schedules for each meeting, responded to our numerous emails with many questions, and calmed our planning nerves many times! They helped us pick out rentals and truly made our wedding vision come to life. Day of, they made sure everything went smoothly and we felt very confident going into the big day knowing they were handling it all. The food was incredible – our guests are still talking about how fun and fabulous their appetizers were during cocktail hour! They prepared us our own plate of appetizers to eat during dinner too, which was just so thoughtful since we were so busy during cocktail hour greeting everyone. Their unique and comprehensive menu allowed us to truly design a menu that felt like “us” and enjoy our favorite foods as a couple together on our wedding day. We would 100% hire Kim and Cava Catering again! I wish I could give them 10 stars.
