Chef Brian recently prepared a private dining experience for 14 people in celebration of a 50th birthday celebration. From start to finish, Brian was wonderful to work with. His communication and collaboration throughout the planning were wonderful. The evening of the event, Brian and his team took care of everything allowing us the ability to relax and enjoy a wonderful evening. Brian is a talented and creative chef. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to him for any needs I have in the future.

Chef Brian and his team went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met for my sisters 40th birthday party! The presentation was absolutely beautiful and so professionally done. All of our guests raved about the food! Everything was just delicious and so freshly prepared. Brian was extremely communicative throughout the entire planning process. He helped me come up with the perfect menu to make sure my sisters Gluten Free palette was met! Thank you, chef Brian and your entire team for making my vision come true for my sister! It’s a night we will never forget!

Chef Brian and his team have been so professional, warm and welcoming. The experience we have had on multiple occasions now for our DKH-Nurturing Families events has been superb! He listened to the details of our event and created a menu that complimented the crowd! His communication was excellent and were know we will be using him once again in the future! Chef Brian catered a private function at my home for 45 people, with a bar and passed bites. Everything was perfect!
I received many compliments on the attractively presented food, and I was thrilled and grateful for the good service and clean up. He did a great job planning, with set up and delicious menu suggestions to ensure vegetarians and vegans also had savory and varied hors d'oeuvres. He was sensitive to my budget and delivered excellent value.
His team really does make it easy and fun to entertain.
