Raw Silk was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the actual seafood is amazing and the chef and team prepare each bite with such a perfect touch it highlights the quality of the seafood. In fact, almost everything was "one bite" and each bite was perfect. Same precision as high end omakase sushi... but wider variety.

Great to have A+ quality seafood that's mobile and designed for high end parties /catering. Oysters and caviar for the win.
