This hotel showed so much character when our club soccer game got canceled, and most of us parents had already booked and paid for a room. They kindly took and answered each of our calls as the phone rang off the hook, and they graciously allowed us to cancel our reservations without any fees.

This is the kind of place that I would want to give my business to.

When I tried to reserve a room a month in advance over the phone they never actually reserved the room. After checking to see when check in time was as I was traveling to hotel and they couldn't find my reservation. Had to book another hotel while on the road. Customer service was impatient during the attempted reservation and the person didn't even get it in. Completely messed up my travel plans

Totally fine budget hotel. It’s clean and seems totally fine. Regular blemishes you’d expect from a budget hotel - peeling paint above the shower, carpets a little tired, but totally fine for the price point and felt clean

I wish I had looked carefully at the reviews rather than just seeing the 4.5 overall review. Locations is great, front desk was nice…. But the smell in the room 202, not good. Can’t figure out if it’s a cat smell or musty/mildewy, but it’s not great.

I’m not one to complain. I’ve stayed 70+ nights at Marriott properties in 2024, but this is the one stay where I should have asked to be moved or refunded.

Great location close to a mall walking distance to a Cracker Barrel right in a busy location but overly that worked out for us. Def a nice hotel nice room. Tho the room got 4 stars due to the bed was super squeaky when we first sat on it. Not a bad thing when you just lay on it to sleep which is what we did after traveling all day. If you need a night to crash and need a convenient location this is def a good one. I'd come back if I'm in town. Rates were affordable and it served what I needed.

Rooms were okay, but like other reviews have said that the rooms are humid and there is an odd odor, especially when the heat is on.

Internet was decent, and our games never lagged, but there wasn't a high download speed.

Every person that we interacted with on staff were fantastic & had great attitudes.

Typical Fairfield. Well situated close to the highway, about 15 minutes from downtown. A mall across the street. The room was clean and quiet, all in working order. Breakfast was standard-Fairfield with good coffee available all day. Very nice staff. Good for a short stay
