These people are really a great property management company. They are honest, professional, respond promptly and fix on site problems, and have always behaved in a courteous, respectful manner. Anyone giving these guys bad reviews must be talking about somebody else, because Atrium Property Services has always been 100% awesome to deal with.

They are allowing mowing company to not use grass catchers making the mowing company to leave clippings and they can go thru here in half the time it use to. Residents are bringing clippings into there units. Weeds growing in flower beds trees broken from storm 2 years ago. This is bad management.

If I could give them no stars if I would. This has to be the most unprofessional property management group you could hire. I would encourage anyone who has a say as to which company is being hired to manage your complex to stay away from this one and if you have any real power and have already hired them fire them now and find some real professionals. The good reviews you might see on here are put on by the employees. A really sad situation.

They aren't very customer-service friendly. They have no sense of urgency. When dealing with people buying a condo, it is difficult to get the paperwork out of them. DO NOT let them handle your homeowner's association as they don't care about your unit owners. You have to mail a check in for the documents and then they give themselves up to 15 days to get the documents to you. That could mean that your unit owners and future unit owners may have a difficult time buying, selling or refinancing their units.

Don't look out for the property that's overpaying them. Can't make good deals for services, waste money on properties. Take your calls only to give you lip service..

Horrible is too nice of a word to describe management. 13 years I have lived at one of their properties, and the last two months me and my fellow neighbors have been subjected to harassment by one other tenant of theirs. Many letter have been written to management with absolutely no result, police have been concerted plenty of times and still management has yet to step in to stop the harassment. I and my neighbors are living in fear and every day is uneasy.
