Our stay as a school group was excellent, as usual. Our expectations definitely exceeded and the entire staff was courteous and professional, especially the young man on the desk in the evenings. He was very patient and kind with our students as they purchased snacks and got our learners in and out very quickly. Year after year, you and the entire staff make our stay seamless and worry free. We appreciate the partnership with Comfort Inn and Suites and would recommend your hotel without hesitation.

We had a room block at the Sturbridge comfort Inn for a wedding reception in town. We used the hotel for all of or guests and we had two parties in the hotel bar. ||What a great experience! The rooms were clean and tidy. The service was exceptional from the initial booking to the final hour. Christine, the bartender, was wonderful. She went above and beyond to accommodate our group. I felt like I was being hosted by family. ||Thank you to all of you at Sturbridge comfort inn.

I brought my son to Sturbridge for his birthday. We loved the time we spent at the Inn (2 nights). The room was clean and had a great view of the lake! The bedding was awesome, soft and cool. 4 pillows for each bed was an extra added comfort . The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast choices were good. Overall, we give a 5 * review! My only complaint is the pool water was cool, not warm as expected. The spa tub was wonderful!

We were traveling right before Christmas and bad weather coming in. I called when we were 3 hours away to get a reservation. The woman was so very kind and extremely helpful. Check in was seamless. Every staff we came in contact with was so very kind with smiles on their faces. The facility was clean, the breakfast area was very well organized and stocked. We had a very pleasant experience and will be returning again.

Our stay here was amazing! Rooms were very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! We had pizza delivered and a wonderful night in. The only complaint I have is I found out the hard way that the toilets are a bit on the shallow side. When I went to sit down to do my business I was put into shock with how cold the water was on my unit. It then hit me, I shouldn't be feeling water in this situation. After yelling obscenities to myself, I hopped on the shower. The shower was super clean, water pressure was great. 100% will stay again.

Absolutely exceptional stay. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and facilities. Everyone who works here goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need and are unfailingly polite and kind. The bed is so comfortable that I was pulling the sheets off to see what kind it was so that I could get one at home. Will never stay anywhere else in the area as long as the current management continues to run this property.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights to attend a wedding nearby. We checked in Friday afternoon, November 1. We were greeted promptly and went to our room which was spacious and clean. We unpacked and headed out for the rehearsal dinner. When we returned to the hotel we decided to stop at the bar for a drink, that was the start of a fun weekend. We were greeted and served by Christine the bartender. I told her that I had read some reviews about the hotel and her online and she didn't disappoint. We had such a good night even after a full day of traveling, the wedding rehearsal and dinner we stayed and closed the bar. The next evening we attended the wedding and the wedding guests who were also staying at the hotel came back to the bar also, once again Christine did not disappoint. Always a smile and excellent service, everyone had so much fun. Christine is an asset to the business and added to a great weekend and the memories that were made.

Nice place, very appealing. Room nice, heat/ac excellent, but mattress dated, needs replacing. Bathroom is adequate but mold around the tub and water drains SLOWLY! *UPDATE*Today(11-5-24) management from Comfort Inn reached out to respond which is appreciated. We will be returning for another stay this month. I hope the Inn will have corrected things, especially if we get the same room.
