Comfortable rooms - beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Staff was great as well - very helpful and accommodating. Value - excellent.

So why the 2 stars?
- nearly every amenity was out of service (no laundry, no pool, no fitness center). I suspect they’re remodeling or doing some type of work, but it was a big downer to not have access to these things

Check in was easy and quick. Room was spacious and clean with plenty of outlets for recharging devices. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was a nice size to be able to accommodate some food from our travels. Breakfast had a lot of nice and healthy options. Definitely would stay there again.

We came here for a dance competition in Worcester. We stayed here because it was $100 less expensive than the hotels in Worcester. And Holiday Inn had the highest rating in the area. Including free parking and free breakfast! And there is a Panera right across the parking lot so we didn’t have to go far for dinner. All the staff were so nice and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and spacious! Great location right off the highway! I definitely recommend this Holiday Inn!

This hotel is great for a clean and quiet stay. The building is very modern, comfortable and clean. I had no trouble with a late arrival and received a larger than usual room, which was nice. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The heating system worked well, which was important because it was quite cold overnight. Parking and wifi were fine. The only down side was the free breakfast, which was average for the usual free hotel breakfasts, but to me is poor. Do not expect anything more than mediocre coffee, store bought cereal and yogurt, and the usual reheated frozen potatoes, sausages, etc. If any hotel chain starts to up its game I would be a very loyal customer.

The bed was very comfortable the room was just right. Nice big tv. Everything was great . The room was very clean. I enjoyed the coffee and the microwave oven,the ice box.look forward to coming back next year. Great desk staff, very helpful. Breakfast was nice and hot. Coffee was good. Awesome meeting rooms downstairs.

I chose the hotel due to a break from being on the go. Price was great and was a halfway point between my house and the show I was going to. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good except the coffee ran out in the morning. Only minor tweak is to make sure the coffee is refilled during the morning. Other than that it was more than worth the price.

Overall nice place to stay. Staff were great very personable and helpful. Room clean and comfortable with great showers. Frustrating though that the pool has been closed for sometime, not sure why but sorely missed site amenity. Great location for other facilities we needed to get to. Will be back again next year

We were visiting friends for Thanksgiving. We needed one overnight stay, as back & forth on the same day would be very exhausting. Our reservation was made and upon arrival we checked in and went to our room. The room was large, clean and well organized. Our welcome was polite, warm and very efficient. We relaxed a bit before going to our friends home, and upon return slept. The beds were comfortable and the extra pillows added a very welcomed touch. We both slept extremely well and woke up very well rested for our Thanksgiving festivities. Just what we needed. Thank you! Keep up the your level of your hospitality.
