This was our second time renting E Bikes from Pedego in Yarmouth. And once again Chris and Nicole made the experience flawless. They make sure you understand the bike, where you are heading to, and take the time with each person so they are comfortable with the experience. Their customer service is above and beyond what you receive elsewhere. We took the bikes all the way to Beachcomber in Wellfleet, 52 miles round trip with battery power to spare. In our younger days we did this with regular bikes, now that we are "older," the E Bikes made the trip easy. Can't recommend Chris, Nicloe and Pedego enough. Looking forward to next season!

I was looking to buy an E-bike and came across Pedego Electric Bikes of Cape Cod. They listened to what kind of biking I do and recommended a few models. Decided to rent electric bikes and this place did not disappoint. Nicole was extremely helpful in helping us select an appropriate bike for our ride. She was very thorough in teaching us how to use electric bikes since it was our first time. Prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. Great place to experience your first experience using an ebike. Nicole was awesome explaining how to use them as it was the first ride in years for my wife and me. The rest of my family joined us for a beautiful ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Thank you for establishing a new tradition!

Definitely a highlight to our cape cod journey. Never ridden e-bike before. Owner and staff provided tutorial and we were off. Loved it. I’m 6’3” and wife 5’7”. Both fit very comfortably on chosen bikes. Both seniors and the uphills were so easy. An e-bike purchase could be in our future after this seamless rental experience.

We had a great experience renting our Pedego ebikes from Chris at Pedego Cape Cod. He was so friendly and helpful and there was a great selection to choose from and the bikes were charged & clean and we rode for hours.
