My family has stayed at BTB for the last few years and it's perfect! My parents, each of my 3 sisters and their partners and children and me and my husband and our daughter have all been able to easily fit in this home, with our own spaces. Diane, the owner, is amazing and she really goes the extra mile to make you feel loved and welcomed in her beautiful home. It's walking distance to my fav beach on the cape, it's a quick drive to everything you could want mid cape and it's a drop dead beautiful house!

We stayed at Beyond the Beach the last week of July 2020 and it was everything previous reviewers said it was. The house was entirely sanitized and immaculate, roomy and easy to use in every respect. The location was lovely and the short walk to the beach was not only pretty but interesting, since it goes past a charming and friendly 100-year-old village that originated as a Christian family camp with small ponds on both sides. Craigville Beach is expansive and clean, on an enormous bay providing plenty of room to space, with the more secluded Long Beach at one end. And the water (because it’s the Nantucket Sound) is so much warmer than the ocean on the Outer Cape. As people who didn’t know the Barnstable area, we found lots of pretty ocean and bay beaches in the Barnstable/Dennis/Yarmouth area. It was very hot when we were there, but with central A/C, the hot tub, the sweet little arbor where we could read in the shade all day and sit around the firepit making s’mores at night, and all the other amenities, it was a great place to relax. Don’t miss the Daily Paper for a terrific breakfast or lunch, and lobster and steamers from Osterville Fish. You won’t need Diane and Michael, but if you do they’re all you could ask for. Five stars for sure!
