Bedbugs and black mold in 4A!!!
My wife and I stayed in unit 4A last week and we noticed immediately that the bathroom had black mold. The shower curtain/liner and the window curtains/blinds all had mold. The day before we left we noticed a great deal of bug bites on us both. My wife left the property with 100+ bites on her legs. Overall, the property was filthy! We've never stayed at a rental property this bad. Please do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else!

I am writing this review from the perspective of being a seasonal employee for the past 2 years. As a hospitality worker for more than 15 years I have never met so many guests of a place rave with as many compliments as they do when they stay at Breakwaters. The location speaks for itself. A frisbee throw away from the beach or a hop, skip and a jump to a beautiful swimming pool, take your pick!!! Less than a miles walk from Hyannis Main Street and all the joys that has to offer. But above all else, it is the people that make this magical gem of a vacation paradise shine as brightly as it does. Krsana, Carl, Mary, Bob, Steve, Kerry, Steve, Walt, Carleen, Barb….just too many to mention. Each and every condo owner goes to great lengths to ensure their condos are immaculately cleaned and ready to create your lifelong vacation memories at Breakwaters. They wrote the book on kindness, hospitality and service with a smile!
A good 70-80 percent of the bookings here are annual return families and it is easy to see why. This place is simply the best of the best. And yes, better than all the rest! Kudos Breakwaters…keep up the amazing work that you do with your employees, your vacationers and the beautiful community in which you reside!

We love The Breakwaters! It's a little piece of Cape Cod where you can relax on the beach or by the pool. The condos are tastefully decorated and clean. We have been vacationing there for 5 years. We especially like the 2 bedroom condo #6A. You can drink your morning coffee on the deck and watch the ferries coming and going to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. The beach is nice with a calm ocean, especially nice for young families. The pool is conveniently located in the small complex of condos. We like having a kitchen to have breakfast and the restaurants near the harbor and on Main Street are really nice and the food is delicious. This is a nice central spot to take day trips from around the Cape. We loved the Cape Cod Railroad, the Cape Cod National Seashore and the many other things to do from batting cages and motorcars to mini-golf and ice cream. We can't wait to go back this summer!

Charming little cottage (emphasis on little!!!). Shared wall in the bedroom with another cottage so was a little noisy at bedtime. Favorite thing was drinking coffee on the patio looking at the water.

Stayed here overnight with a couple friends. The condo provided one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchen and living space. The best part was that it was walking distance to the beach.

Great location, and love having a kitchen to make your own food. The layout was a little odd, the beds werent the most comfortable, and it could have been cleaner.

The cottage had an odd layout and the beds weren't the most comfortable thing in the world, but it was nice to have access to a small kitchen and stay just up the street from the ocean.
