This unit is what I'd call a freestanding condo, or a 2-story tiny house. My wife and I found it very comfortable and well appointed with Cape Cod-style artwork and decor. It had a well appointed kitchen, comfortable couch and easy chairs, a dining table, and upstairs was the bathroom and one bedroom. There was a skylight above the bed. The bedroom opened up to a balcony. The mattress and pillows were particularly high quality and comfortable, and we slept well. It's a small place but well designed, with a place for everything. We loved this unit for all of the above plus its own parking spot, and the icing on the cake was a K-cup coffeemaker, which we made good use of. It's about 20 steps to the car, and about a half mile to the Bay Cafe, a nearby restaurant, with downtown shops and more restaurants just beyond that. Convenient and charming. The code to get in worked well. We'll be back!

This house is SO beautiful. We were 7 girls and everything was wonderful. We did have a few issues with one of the bathrooms the first day, but they fixed it the next day which was superb. The hot tub was wonderful and the movie room was our favorite. The only small annoying thing was the water dispenser on the fridge, it's so slow, it takes 3 minutes to fill up a water bottle. Other than that, beautiful and can't wait to be back!

This home exceeded our expectations. Number 1, this was by far the absolutely cleanest home we’ve rented! It was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want!! We had 9 folks in total. Such a big spacious house that we could have easily separated and enjoyed private living room time away from the hustle & bustle of the group. Every night we enjoyed game night at the large dining room table!! The location was perfect. We enjoyed many walks, including morning walks to coffee shop!

This is a beautiful home on Cape Cod. It is a comfortable, updated home with a new kitchen and sleek appliances. We had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, ping pong table and games! We loved the central location too!

We booked this house for a weekend in Cape Cod for a get-away with friends. Del Mar was very accommodating and flexible by allowing us to check into the home earlier than planned. The home was well maintained and in a great location in Cape Cod.

We stayed at this home for the month of July. When we arrived the home was very clean. Bedding and towels were all white and luxurious. We felt as if we were staying at a 5 star resort. There was enough room for our entire family of 10 (at times) to spread out and enjoy every part of this home.
The fire pit was fun at night as was the patio with a large table that fit us all. The deck has a large seating area with comfy cushion and a large umbrella. That was our morning coffee sitting area.
We will remember this trip in part because we had this glorious home to enjoy as the biggest part of us choosing this location.

Del Mar is very professional friendly and always there when you need anything. I would rent another home that they manage again in a heart beat. This home gets 5 stars from us. Thank you for making our vacation amazing!!

Del Mar Vacations has been an absolute pleasure to deal with; they are always readily available to address any concerns and always take prompt action. My support manager, Meagan White, has been exceptionally attentive and shows a genuine concern in resolving any issues. My expectations for a management company has truly been exceeded with Del Mar.

Had to threaten a chargeback to get anyone to contact me regarding safety issues after three days. It seems like Del Mar isn't ready to handle luxury rentals as our experience Sunday to Wednesday so far has consisted of nine hours of maintenance and service on the house three of four days and an outright refusal to provide the code to activate the pool cover as required by Massachusetts code. After threatening a chargeback after three unreturned promised phone calls, I finally got a call from their Customer Service director who simply said sorry the trip wasn't as relaxing as planned.
