This company does security for a lot of events, mainly concerts. They are at almost every Austin show and I even have seen them at Bonnaroo in TN. I have always had nothing but great experiences with them. It really seems like they higher a bunch of people who are or once were concert goers and they seem to watch out for people wanting to watch the show. If you are nice then they are amazing but if you are annoying or causing other people to miss the show then they are quick to react. They provide a great service.

I am very impressed with W3 Events. This company is very well organised yet laid back at the same time. They take very good care of their employees and get to know each employee on a fun yet personal level. I am just amazed at how well organized this company is! I will refer this company to individuals that I think will enjoy the free spirit adventure that W3 has to offer

Pros: Get to attend concerts and events that would cost you an arm and a leg to go to, while still getting paid. I have met some awesome people and formed lasting relationships with them.
No taxes ever..
Box lunches and sometimes tickects to vendors or actual real resturant places. BYOL or snacks is best.

Con: Unless you like to "PARTY" you won't really fit in here. Also in beginning payments were on time and before time, however there was a disconnect later on checks cut and posted on Oct 26 didnt get recieved until Nov and other pay cycle errors.
Like most places a supervisor can be anyone who parties with the higher ups, when that happens they have a "God Complex" however many are cool and don't even want that extra .25 - .50 raise that comes with being supervisor.
Flat pay for hours put in there is no overtime or time in a half. ($10 hr.)

Conclusion: This is good for a side gig and nothing more.

I went there for a interview. Nice employees but not the schedule to work on events. I was working at ACL for 1 day and give up. NO breaks, and you eat while you work. It was not my type of work.
