Shauna delivered so much more than expected and we couldn't have been happier with our honeymoon she booked on our behalf. This was our first travel agent experience and we're so happy we contacted Shauna at Fancy Fox Travel! From our initial phone call - which was immediately comfortable, warm and full of entheusiasm - to our final "Welcome Home" email, Shauna truly made us feel as if she was right by our side all the way to Grenada and back. She won't fluff you! Every detail was thoroughly explained and the entire process was exactly what we had hoped for, and more. Thank you SO MUCH, Shauna! We will be in touch for our next grand getaway, and you were right - the worst part about having butler service is now we'll have to do that every time!

Shauna goes beyond the ordinary. Her packages were incredible! All of the little extras added and her organization as well as managing everything was top notch! Her guides well educated and personable. She made sure everyone felt part of the group and included. It was hands down the best vacation of my life! Can’t wait to go on another one with Fancy Fox! We had a wonderful trip to Scotland. Shauna listened and helped create a trip that matched our interests. The accommodations were great and she kept us posted while we were traveling so we were up to date about the minor flight delays. I would use Fancy Fox Travel again.

Shauna was so WONDERFUL and AMAZING to work with. From the first call I had with her up until the end of our Honeymoon, she was so helpful and attentive. She was willing to work with us to tweak everything and create the most amazing and perfect honeymoon. Shauna did strong work to coordinate an extensive vacation in Mexico City and Puerto Vallarta. We looked at Travelocity's map of hotels in Mexico City and it felt like there were a 1,000 to sift through... daunting. I remembered Fancy Fox and reached out for help. Shauna selected great hotels within our price point and interests and she made certain we got "extra care" at each property. We wouldn't have gotten that from the travel sites.
