This is THE spot! Cannot say enough good things about this place! From the location to the staff, everything has been phenomenal. If you’re lucky enough to be able to book a cottage, you won’t regret it! The beach is right across the street and the pool is just as glorious if you don’t feel like getting sandy! The courtyard is perfect for lawn games and grilling! An ideal spot to make a destination for family and friends to meet up and vacation together!

Was looking for the last minute family getaway and came across the Village Green Motel. Glad I chose this motel. The location is amazing, only across the street from the beach and a few steps from the restaurant. The motel itself is very nice and clean. Nice size pool and a good bbq area with tables. We stayed at the cottage. It was spacious and clean. Had enough windows for the breeze. 3 fans in the room kept it cool. Staff is very friendly and professional. What else do you need on vacation? Looking forward to another stay and hopefully soon.

We have stayed in the past under different ownership. This time was just as pleasant. Rooms are good size, new beds and reasonable rates. Location is perfect across from Seaview Beach for a BEAUTIFUL sunrise.

Very clean and cozy rooms, and an extremely friendly staff. Myself and my family have stayed here every time we come to the cape and we have never had a bad experience. The location is ideal, right across the street from the beach and right next door to a restaurant/bar. The pool area and yard is very relaxing, makes you feel like you’re right at home!

This motel is an absolute gem!!
It is in an ideal location- steps from the beach! The staff and management go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. There is also a large pool with plenty of chaise lounge chairs and pool towels. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Hidden gem for a short getaway on the Cape! Great service and staffing with nice rooms at a great cost. My girlfriend and I stayed here and we both loved it and the location is a big bonus. Can't beat this deal. Highly recommend!

LOCATION cannot be beat, staff is friendly and accommodating. While there isn't AC in the rooms they are extremely comfortable due to the ocean breeze and fans provided. Pool is GREAT for families. Grills on location for use and plenty of picnic tables.

Great rooms that are affordably priced…. Myself & my entire extended family have spent a lot of time at the Village Green and we are so thankful that we found this Seaside gem! The owners are lovely people, and it is truly a five star staff!! Honestly, from the cleaning staff to the maintenance department, they are all top notch!
