I simply cannot say enough about DiMeco's. Having moved into our own home in Clinton, just a mile from DiMeco's, it seemed to be the most convenient choice for our home landscaping needs.

Instantly, Kyle and Dale proved themselves to be knowledgeable, effective, timely, and professional in all the work they do for our home.

As if this wasn't enough, I met Debbie Kaplan in the store the summer of my wedding and quickly took to her warm, positive spirit. She spoke of her experience as a florist and that DiMeco's would be now offering fresh event/personal floral arrangements. Having not yet secured a wedding florist, I knew Debbie and her team at DiMeco's were the right fit for us.

Our instincts were right. Her warm, friendly, and comforting nature made this aspect of our wedding planning perhaps the most enjoyable. She just gets it - whatever vision you have in your mind, she will bring it to life and exceed your every expectation.

I will never forget the moment Debbie walked into my bridal suite carrying our bouquets - they were beyond anything I could have ever imagined. THEY WERE BEYOND PERFECT.

If you are looking for the most stunning event flowers, incredible customer service, reasonable pricing, and the added benefit of supporting a wonderful local business, I can’t recommend DiMeco’s enough.

I called an hour before closing and was hoping that DiMecos would still get a delivery in for me. They offered to make the delivery for today but my fiance doesn't work on Sundays. I am out of town and was feeling very strongly that I should do something nice for her. Unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the 2 lady's that I spoke with on the phone with but they both worked with me to make sure that I was happy with the service and what I was getting. One of them was nice enough to deliver the flowers personally for me to make sure that my fiance could get them same day. I am very grateful for their efforts. A very Special Thank You to you both.

If I could give this review zero stars I would! I called Dimecos on a Monday to ask for an estimate to get some landscaping done at my home property in Clinton that had gotten overgrown with weeds. I told Tammy what I needed done (a lot of weeding and mulching) and she told me that they would double check what day the assessor is available to stop by the property and call me back. She made it seem like they were going to call me back in a matter of a few minutes so I kept my phone on me but I ended up waiting all day and they never called me back so I called them back the next day to follow up. Tammy told me that they are down a landscaper so I should wait until Friday to receive an email from them with an estimate. I thought okay no problem but someone should have told me that so I wasn’t expecting immediate answers. Next thing I know it, it’s the following TUESDAY and still radio silence. I called back and spoke with Tammy and she answered the phone with no enthusiasm, knew exactly who I was and started the conversation with “oh we were just talking about you yesterday”. I thought to myself well okay and you didn’t think to call me? She explained to me that the assessor had a chance to “drive by” the property (which they also never communicated to me) and she ever so kindly expressed that my property is a MESS (in those words) and I was taken back by it and I said to her well yeah hence why I need landscaping done….and she said “yeah well we can’t get to it until Spring” We’re only at the end of August and she’s telling me to wait until Spring? I was so mind blown I didn’t know what to say. I waited over a week just for them to have the NERVE to tell me I have to wait over 6 months to get landscaping done?! You were better off telling me you didn’t have the time to do it and recommending someone else do it instead of giving me some absolute bullshit excuse. I am mortified by the terrible customer service. This place used to be so good and it’s so disappointing. You will never be receiving my business ever again, I am happy to go elsewhere where someone will actually appreciate my business and treat me with respect.

Guy in a white pickup truck with a big red Dimecos trailer in Clinton decided to speed up pulling into the Shaws Parkinglot in Clinton and pretend to Broadside me, then proceeded to flip me off despite me already being halfway through the turn before he pulled in. No blinker either.

I don’t know much about the company but the workers are clearly disgruntled and that says a lot about how the entire place operates.

Hired Dale to install a Husqvarna Automower. Wasn't sure if it would work and was a little hesitant. Dale has some solid experience with these machines and installed everything in my complex yard to ensure it would work flawlessly, which it does. It is great to get the personal and hands on support for a job like this. He buried the wire, set up the app and the mower does it's job. Really impressive technology and very happy to have hired Dimecos. Office staff was friendly and prompt as well. All questions answered to my satisfaction each step of the way. Highly recommend!

I stopped by DeMico’s on a whim and walked out a full-blown plant mom. As a beginner, I was immediately helped out by a nice gentleman who guided me in the right direction for low maintenance plants that are also safe for cats. He gave me many tips and tricks to help me choose plants that would suit me best. (I didn’t catch his name but he was so great)

Debbie helped me out the rest of the time, and she answered all of my 1 million questions and set me up for success. She even gave me a lucky bamboo as a gift. It was so kind ❤️

Everyone was so friendly, the selection of plants was beyond impressive, and the entire experience out a huge smile on my face. The staff definitely know their stuff. I always love to shop local and rest assured this place is an absolute gem. I can’t wait to go back!

Excellent customer service. I live in Ohio, and they cheerfully create and deliver grave decorations in Clinton MA for me each Memorial Day and Christmas.
