They had my car for over 2 weeks for $2-3K in damage. Enterprise called me telling me to bring the car back because my insurance company said they were not paying for it anymore due to the length of time the repair was taking. Looks like they dropped the bumper after painting it because the corner was damaged (but nothing around it), the bumper was not aligned correctly and pushed in, so it goes in past the headlight, emblem was half on, and the bumper had a couple small cracks that were either caused after painting, or not noticed before. Since the bumper is not aligned correctly, now the hood rattles while idling. The damaged parts were also sitting in the back seat when I picked it up. Felt very rushed or an apprentice worked on it without supervision. I am sure this was not a big job for them, so it was probably sidelined, but come on. People were all very nice and professional, even while telling me to go F myself, but their work is just very bad.

This was the smoothest car repair I've ever had. It took a couple weeks to get an appointment, but since our car was drivable this was so much better than being asked to drop it off before they were ready to work on it. After a walk around the rest of our experience happened almost exactly as forecast. I say almost because the car was actually done two days earlier than initially expected.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience. The intake process was thorough and I knew exactly what to expect, I was kept updated throughout the repair as to where things stood and anticipated pickup date, they dealt with the insurance company and even washed my car for me. Seeing two cute dogs and being given a delicious treat when I picked up the car made this an A+ experience! Oh and my Jeep looked and drove great when I left. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. It’s been a while since the last time I was impressed by genuine great service. Each employee I interacted with explained all the steps on their end and what to expect while being very nice. A huge plus was the text updates, I probably received messages every day with the status of my vehicle. Lastly, they were so kind to give me water and a treat before I left with my vehicle.
They offer a 5-year warranty, which is great.

Pros: Good communication they contacted me every week giving updates on my car. Great results the dents was fix perfectly. They also cleaned the outside of the car.

Cons: The inside of the car was dirty and the frunk was also dirty with leave etc

Awesome ! People ! I have no words to explain my feelings that they are share with me ! Am really soory for my lost my car was total an i still own 8k to capital one ! I really apreciated how they treat me at the body shop ! Thanks for everything am really soory that i cannot pay for fix the car my 2018 elantra that i love so much the insurance refuse to pay for my damages because i was doing doordash i just was honest wtith them an they betray me ! Thanks to nikki thanks to robert for take the car ! An thanks to God that am still alive ! I was wondering what ever happen to my car if end up in salvage !or a junk yard ! Am teally soory am stiill poor i sing 26 licenses with music reports back in 2019 an they deposit 1 penny in my bank acct ! Somgtrust i give them 14 songs back in 2018 an they never pay me my compositions royalties this world it likr against me but i just live one day at the time am try to stay positive ! Am really soory waldrons if i was having the money definitly i pay u but am still broke am working 7 days to eat an survive am still homeless ! Hey thanks for think in me ! God bless u all ! Am really soory !

Took my car to Waldrons for some repair work. Brian and his crew did a fabulous job on fixing everything to look brand new and I was very happy with the results. Will definitely be returning if I need any work done on my vehicle in the future!

The people were very friendly and helpful. The work done was very good. It took a bit longer to get the work done (I had heard this prior to bringing my car in), however, in all other aspects they did a great job and all the people I talked with were very helpful, friendly and informative.
